Description
If you decide to spend your vacation at Fattoria Le Chianacce you will find yourself immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, between Arezzo and Siena, overlooking the Valdichiana hills that mark the border between the two provinces.
Le Chianacce farm was founded in the last century and was aimed at raising the prized beef and pork that has always been produced in this area. The owner wanted to recover a part of it, leaving it completely identical to the original construction and equipping it with simple and essential furnishings, which will bring you back to the warm atmospheres of times gone by.
Near the farm you will find the small village of Farneta with the eponymous Abbey of Romanesque origin, which is definitely worth a visit. Because of its strategic location, from the house you can easily reach all the most important art cities and tourist resorts of central Italy.
Only 7 km away you will find the characteristic town of Foiano della Chiana, with its red brick buildings, perched on a green hillock. In Foiano there are all the necessary services, restaurants and trattorias where you can enjoy typical dishes and local wines, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies. If you love shopping, a few kilometers away, you will also find the Valdichiana Village.
The Farm has seven apartments, six of which are available to guests, and one inhabited by the owner. At your disposal is a common room with television, laundry, bicycles, ping-pong table and outdoor space equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy the sun and beautiful summer days.
A few meters from the house, on a natural terrace, you will find the large swimming pool (size 20x8 m. - depth 1.20-1.40 m. - open from May 11 to September 21), with sunbeds, tables and umbrellas for the private use of each apartment, for your days of relaxation and water games with your children. The garden is fully fenced and your four-legged friends are welcome.

Second floor apartment reached by the communal room. Large sitting- dining room with kitchenette, three double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower, two twin bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower.

Arrival: in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - Departure: in the morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Shared pool open from 11/05 to 21/09.
Wi-Fi Internet access.
Bed linen and bathroom towels (Initial set).
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 150 per apartment (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 per apartment (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Tourist tax Euro 2 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.

Het was een heerlijke tijd, het 10 p appartement was voor ons gezelschap ( 4 volw 3 kinderen) ruim genoeg. Niet luxe maar prima. Tof zwembad erbij, wasmachine ed. Uiterst aardige gastvrouw. De moeite waard! ******************* It was a wonderful time, the 10 p appartment was spacious enough for our party (4 adults 3 children). Not luxurious but fine. Nice pool, washing machine, etc. Very nice hostess. Worthwhile!

Sistemazione semplice ma accogliente
Sistemazione semplice ma accogliente in una zona incantevole e immersa nella campagna. La piscina è un valore aggiunto che permette di trascorrere bei pomeriggi alternativi alle visite alle moltissime località di interesse storico culturale, raggiungibili con pochi Km di strada. Titolare sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

La nostra permanenza nella struttura LA FATTORIA LE CHIANACCE e' stata piacevole, rilassante.proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. belli gli interni e le camere molto spaziosa e ordinate, ci ritorneremo.
Belles vacances
Lieu très calme, agréable en pleine campagne. La propriétaire charmante. La maison, grande, typique, rustique, a un atout supplémentaire qui est la grande piscine! Par contre l'équipement de la cuisine mérite d'être améliorée, complétée, ainsi que celui de la salle de bains (douche très minimaliste).
Struttura in posizione incantevole
Struttura come da descrizione, in posizione incantevole e dotata di 5 comodissime camere tutte con bagno di pertinenza. Ampio spazio giorno, arredamento nel complesso funzionale anche se consiglierei di dotare almeno di una piccola dispensa (magari anche uno scaffale a giorno) la cucina che dovendo servire 10 persone necessiterebbe di un adeguato spazio dove riporre gli alimenti; per il resto l'appartamento è meraviglioso. Piscina immensa e godibilissima anche negli orari più desueti. I gestori sono disponibili e mettono subito a proprio agio gli ospiti. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
