Located on the beautiful hills near Castagneto Carducci, in the area of the renowned Bolgheri wineries and the crystal-clear sea of the Etruscan Coast, Villa Cresci is immersed in an authentic Tuscan landscape where peace and nature blend in perfect harmony. The property consists of four apartments, each featuring the timeless charm of traditional Tuscan style: terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams, and interiors carefully restored with respect for the original architecture. The rooms, tastefully furnished and thoughtfully designed, provide every comfort for a refined and relaxing holiday experience.

At the heart of the villa lies a magnificent 160 m² hall, with terracotta flooring and beautiful brick vaults—an inviting and versatile space, ideal for convivial lunches and dinners, relaxing moments, or activities with friends and family. The hall is also equipped with a ping-pong table and a billiard table.

Outdoors, the villa offers a large area dedicated to the pleasure of open-air living: an elegant portico with tables, a lush garden, a wood-fired oven, a barbecue, a children's play area, and a swimming pool (size m 9x5, depth 1.20 m – open from 15/04 to 10/10) surrounded by a spacious sun terrace. Guests can also enjoy ping-pong, table football, and billiards for moments of carefree fun.
