Description
Infinito is a charming villa obtained from the renovation of an old farmhouse dating back to 1800. You will find it at 500 m. S.l.m. on green hills covered with woods, olive groves and vineyards between the small town of Sinalunga and the Crete Senesi Natural Park. Dreamlike surroundings, breathtaking views, like postcards, will accompany you throughout your holiday and remain among your fondest memories.
Due to its vast surface area, the particular architectural conformation, the fine finishes, the comfortable furnishings in harmony with the house, this villa can accommodate, offering a high level of comfort and privacy, several families or groups of friends who decide to spend their holidays together.
Its strategic position is perfect as a reference point if you want to visit Siena, Firenze, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Perugia or Assisi. They are easily accessible from the villa and you can comfortably organise day trips there. In Sinalunga, which is only 5 km away, you will find shops, supermarkets and all kinds of services. In the small historic centre, it will be very pleasant to spend an evening dining out in one of the many typical restaurants.
The villa is surrounded by a large green space shaded here and there by tall trees. On a natural terrace in a very panoramic position you will find the beautiful swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.30-1.80 m - open from 01 May to 30 September). The pool is equipped with a sun terrace for the hot summer days, when it will be a safe haven for you and your children.
Certainly one of the highlights of the villa is the 60-square-metre terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture, from where you can enjoy an incomparable view over the Val di Chiana, from Lake Trasimeno to the Amiata and Cetona mountains, and on clear days you can even see the Umbro-Marchigiano Apennines. Unforgettable sunsets that you will experience from here will be photos to frame. The terrace is covered and is perfect for outdoor dining.
Also at your disposal are a five-a-side football and volleyball field, a basketball hoop, table tennis table, table football and a barbecue, to organise succulent barbecues. Small animals are welcome at Villa Infinito.
Interior description
GROUND FLOOR: Spacious kitchen-dining room with open fireplace, living room with open fireplace, bathroom with washbasin and toilet, laundry room.
FIRST FLOOR: This floor can be reached by means of two different internal staircases, one which enters at the front and the other at the back; both connect with the downstairs living room. On one side there are two double bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms with shower, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the other side, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 500 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the appropriate centers that are located a few kilometers away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 150.
Pets (small size only) are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Tourist tax Euro 0,50 per person per day, children up to 14 years do not pay.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Perfect location
Perfect location, amazing panorama, lovely garden. The big house is comfortable for a large group of persons and there is a lovely terrace. You could think at first sight that one kitchen is too little for a bigger group but finally it was totally enough for 12 person and it is very well equipped (there is 2 fridge, 1 big cooker with 5 (!) stove and oven, toast maker, microwave, american and italian coffe maker and lots of plate, pot, glass etc.). The pool side is so perfect as dream, in the garden there are lots of option for kids (and adults): table football, table tennis, playground, football pitch, pizza oven, grill. Don't miss a breakfast on the panoramic terrace. Fully recommended in the rustic style category! I think we will back soon.
Great stay
Our stay at Villa Infinito was great. The house has everything you need with a beautiful view. We were a large group of people (no kids) and it didn't feel narrow. The owner of the house comes by from time to time to check the pool and is very friendly, nice and helpful if you have any questions. Definitely a place to visit again!
