Just 1,5 km from the house, in the village of Fratticiola, there is a small grocery store for your daily needs.
The farmhouse is divided into three units: two are occupied by the owner’s family, and one is available for rent. The owners are happy to provide assistance with any needs, offer helpful tips, or simply share a friendly conversation. Interior description
GROUND FLOOR: Entry through a porch into a large, bright living room with dining table, sofas, and TV. Kitchen, double bedroom with a French door leading to the outdoor dining area, and bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: Accessible by an internal staircase, featuring a double bedroom, a double bedroom with an additional single bed and access to a panoramic terrace, and bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away
Small size pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each one per day.
If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each.
Wood for stove Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 2,50 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
Sheets change Euro 5 per person.
Bath towels change Euro 5 per person.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
