Description
There is something special about this beautiful property situated in the wooded hills separating the Chiana and Arno valleys, which, because of its location, also enjoys easy access to the cities of Arezzo, Florence and Siena.
Perhaps it is the well-kept, panoramic garden shaded by tall pines and completely fenced, the lovely private swimming pool (size 6 x 9 m - depth 1.20 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) or perhaps the Jacuzzi (6 seats - extra charge) set among the olive trees...? Or, could it be the very idea of the country villa, its secluded but not isolated location, and the warm atmosphere created inside with pastel colours and rustic style furniture.
Whatever you think it is, you will love this beautiful villa and it will be the ideal place for a family holiday or even with your group of friends. Even your small size four-legged friends are welcome here. There is an outdoor area with games for children, a comfortable porch very well equipped with table, chairs and barbecue for dinners and barbecues with friends. For the more sporty, there is also a small gym so you don't miss a workout even on holiday.
Due to its own objective characteristics (independent entrances and three kitchens) this property is particularly suited to accommodate several families who decide to spend their holidays together, while maintaining each one's autonomy.
The owners are very friendly and courteous and offer a special welcome by providing a welcome basket with basic food on arrival.
In addition, in full compliance with energy saving regulations, the house is equipped with solar panels.

With separate access there is also sitting-dining room with kitchenette, single sofa bed and fireplace, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the appropriate centers that are located a few kilometers away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 200.
Heating Euro 8 per m3 (if used).
Small size pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Swimming towels available on request Euro 3 each.
Sheets change Euro 5 per person.
Bath towels change Euro 5 per person.
Outdoor hydromassage bathtub Euro 150 per week (on request at the moment of reservation).
Wood for fireplace Euro 20 each 100 kg (if used).

HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Super nice house and service
Meget sødt og elskeligt værtspar der dog ikke kan spor engelsk, hvorfor al kommunikation foregik via oversætningsapp på telefon - hvilket de til gengæld så også var gode til. Skønt hus, fantastisk swimmingpool, skønt grillområde - perfekt til den store familie. Superfin hjælp fra Lucrezia når vi skrev til hende, meget kort responstid. Da vi ankom var der kun 5 liggestole hvoraf 1 var defekt. Få timer efter vi havde skrevet dette til Lucrezia var værterne kontaktet - og kom dagen efter med 5 nye liggestole - og få dage efter yderlige 4 - så superfin service. ************* Very sweet and lovable host couple who do not speak English, therefore all communication was done via translation app on the phone - which in turn they were good at. Great house, great swimming pool, great barbecue area - perfect for the big family. Super nice help from Lucrezia when we wrote to her, very short response time. When we arrived there were only 5 sun loungers of which 1 was defective. A few hours after we had written this to Lucrezia the hosts were contacted - and came the next day with 5 new sun loungers - and a few days after another 4 - so super nice service.

Vi hadde to vidunderlige uker i Villino Alba. Flott leilighet, nydelig utsikt, godt utstyrt, god plass, gode senger, masse moro i svømmebassenget. God forsyning med håndklær. Da vertinnen kom med ny forsyning etter en uke, hadde hun med seg en delig hjemmebakt eplekake; det satte vi stor pris på. Innsjekkingen var litt vanskelig, da verten ikke snakket engelsk. Kommunikasjonen med Lucretzia var grei; hun var hjelpsom og imøtekommende, responderte alltid raskt. På vegne av oss alle: Hjertelig takk! ***************** We had two wonderful weeks in Villino Alba. Great apartment, lovely views, well equipped, plenty of space, good beds, lots of fun in the pool. Good supply of towels. When the hostess came with a new supply after a week, she brought a slice of homemade apple cake; we really appreciated that. Check-in was a little difficult as the host did not speak English. Communication with Lucretzia was straightforward; she was helpful and accommodating, always responding quickly. A fantastic holiday in Villino Alba
We hebben echt een fantastische vakantie gehad in Villino Alba. Supermooi huis, heel fijn zwembad met een spectaculair uitzicht over Arezzo. Zou het anderen zeker aanraden. Ook een hele mooie omgeving. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. ************** We really had a fantastic holiday in Villino Alba. Super nice house, very nice pool with spectacular views over Arezzo. Would definitely recommend it to others. Also a very nice environment. The owners are very friendly and welcoming.

Great holiday
It was a great holiday! The view, the house and the swimmingpool. The owners are really nice. They brought us a selfmade cake and wine and even ice-Cream for the children because it was so hot. They were great! I can really recommend this house to everybody!
Molto buono
Es handelt sich hier um ein großes, ruhig gelegenes Grundstück. Das Haus bietet genug Platz für 3 Familien und man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf Arezzo. Die Poollandschaft mit dem Jacuzzi war sehr ansprechend. Das ganze Grundstück ist umzäunt und man hat das ganze Haus/Grundstück für sich alleine. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Un posto incantevole
Villa splendida posizionata tra le tranquille colline di Arezzo (10 min. in macchina), con piscina panoramica e ampio giardino, il tutto mantenuto alla perfezione. Proprietari gentilissimi (ci hanno accolto con un enorme cesto di benvenuto, torta di mele e vinsanto) e sempre disponibili: davvero iper-ospitali. Insomma un posto incantevole dove divertirsi e riposarsi circondati da boschi e vigne. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
