Description
You will find the old Tribbiano farmhouse on one of the rolling hills that frame the city of Arezzo. Here, for over a hundred years, the ancestors of the present owners lived, cultivating the land around the house and raising cattle in the wild. The love with which the owners have restored the little house will immediately immerse you in a warm and familiar atmosphere; you will immediately feel welcomed and pampered.
Arezzo is just a few kilometres away and offers shops and services of all kinds, from supermarkets to typical restaurants. It is a recommended destination, there are important museums to visit, works of art and monuments, and you can also attend folklore events such as the Giostra del Saracino. Moreover, every first Sunday of the month, you can lose yourself among the stalls of the Antiques Fair, along the cobbled streets of the historical centre, in search of precious objects from the past.
The Tribbiano house is located on a natural terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding hills from the swimming pool and the small deck in front of the house. A recent renovation has highlighted its original architecture, restoring the farmhouse to its former glory.
Important to know is that the house can be reached by a scenic unmade road of about 3 km that winds through beautiful oak woods; the road is well maintained but not suitable for sports cars. Once you reach Tribbiano you will know instantly that it was worth the little effort, the place is magnificent, immersed in peace and far from all the noise and din of modern life.
Around the house, you will have at your disposal, a large, completely fenced outdoor area where you will find a swimming pool (size m. 7x4, depth m. 1,20 - open from 01 May to 30 September) located on a sunny terrace, a barbecue and an area equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The large space, approximately 700 m2 and the fence, make the property 100% pet friendly.
The simple and functional furnishings are in the typical Tuscan rustic style that is well suited to the characteristics of the house. We are confident that a holiday at Tribbiano is absolutely recommended if you love living in tranquillity and in contact with unspoilt nature.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Heating Euro 10 per day (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day and includes also a kennel, bowls for water and food and a pet toy.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 3 per person per day applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
Sheets change Euro 5 per person.
Bath towels change Euro 5 per person.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
A lovely house
What a lovely house. All day long you only hear the birds around you. Everything you need to relax is available. The swimming pool is wonderfully cooling. Just after sunset we saw fireflies everywhere, magical! Arezzo is a pleasant city.
A bit of an adventure!
Communication beforehand with Lucrezia was very good. We (a group of 3) spent a marvellous fortnight in Tribbiano. The House is well equipped, with a gorgeous pool on the hill. It is very secluded and a bit of an adventure to get to the house, yet this is exactly what we were looking for and got! Nothing around, just the green Tuscan hills. You definitely need a good car. Giulia and her family, the actual owners, were very sweet and responded to every need we had in very short time and with excellent professionalism. We absolutely recommend this venue and would not hesitate to book it again. Mille grazie!!!
Amazing quiet place
Amazing quiet place in the heart of the forest full of wild animals! We were warmly welcomed by Giulia who took good care of us, cleaning the pool every morning and providing tomatoes from her garden. The house is simple but well furnished, with a stunning view and a nice swimming pool. Thank you Giulia!

A wonderful hideaway in Tuscany
This is a beautiful property, well thought out, with everything you need at hand to have a great time. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. On arrival, our first impressions were that the pictures do not do the place justice! Its location was perfect. We would definitely visit again.
Malerisches und abgelegenes Haus
Das Haus liegt malerisch und abgelegen auf einem Hügel in der Nähe von Arezzo. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und der Ausblick großartig. Die nächsten Häuser sind weit entfernt, man genießt Alleinlage. Das Haus selbst ist stilecht und hübsch eingerichtet - so wie man es sich vorstellt. Das Bad könnte ein wenig größer sein, dafür konnte es mit Sauberkeit punkten. Das ganze Haus war sehr sauber, ebenso der Pool, der mehrfach während unseres Urlaubs gereinigt wurde, wovon wir aber kaum etwas mitbekommen haben. Die Vermieter haben das entweder sehr früh oder während unserer Ausflüge gemacht. Die Terrasse und der Platz um den Pool sind einladend. Wir haben dort fast jeden Nachmittag gesessen und die Sonne genossen. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir wurden von den erwachsenen Kindern des Vermieters betreut, die beide gut Englisch sprechen. Das Grundstück ist ordentlich eingezäunt, sodass unser Hund nicht abhauen, sondern fröhlich im Garten toben konnte. Kleiner Hinweis für die Anreise: Der Weg zum Haus ist eine gut 3 km lange Schotterpiste, die am besten mit einem Geländewagen oder SUV zu befahren ist.

We would definitely go back there again!
Van alle gemakken voorzien: wasmachine, vaatwasser, grote koelkast met vriesvak en natuurlijk een heerlijk zwembad dat goed onderhouden werd. De douche is wel erg klein/krap maar voldeed voor ons. Het huisje ligt afgelegen en erg rustig. Prachtig uitzicht over de beboste heuvels, midden in de natuur. Eigenaar zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Je moet wel een 2,5 km lange onverharde weg rijden om er te komen, dus zorg dat je boodschappen doet voor je naar huisje gaat. Wij zouden er zeker nog een keer terug gaan! *************** Fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and of course a lovely pool that was well maintained. The shower, although very small/cramped, was adequate for us. The house is secluded and very quiet. Beautiful views over the wooded hills, in the middle of nature. Owner very helpful and friendly. You do have to drive a 2.5km dirt road to get there, so make sure you do your shopping before you go to house. We would definitely go back there again!
