Description
Arezzo is one of Tuscany's provincial capitals located in the southernmost part of the region, a city with profoundly ancient origins and a gathered and extremely charming historic centre. Ancient aristocratic palaces, small cobbled streets, the Cathedral of San Donato, which, with the Medici Fortress, dominates from above the countless other churches and basilicas, museums, exhibitions and the famous Piazza Vasari, better known to the people of Arezzo as Piazza Grande, the theatre of a thousand events and the beating heart of the city.
In Piazza Grande, Roberto Benigni filmed most of the Oscar-winning film La Vità è Bella, once a month for enthusiasts there is the Antiques Fair, twice a year the Joust of the Saracen, and during the Christmas period the Christmas Markets, with a thousand lights and colours, to bring the magic of Christmas to life once again.
Interno 30 is perfect if you want to get to know the city and visit its historic centre without having to use your car. From the apartment, a 10-minute walk will take you to the main street and the historic part of the city.
You will have shops for your purchases, typical restaurants and pizzerias on your doorstep, and places to have an aperitif while sitting in one of the beautiful old squares.
Interno 30 is also perfect if you reach Arezzo by train; the station can be reached from the apartment in about 10 minutes. There is also plenty of parking available in the area if you prefer to travel by car.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a characteristic building just outside one of the ancient city gates, Porta Trento e Trieste, which stands with its perfectly preserved city walls and marks the entrance on Pizza San Giusto to the Porta Sant'Andrea district.
Interno 30 is the perfect solution for a couple's weekend exploring the city, or as a family (the room with 2 single beds is suitable for 2 children). The accommodation has been completely renovated recently and is equipped with new furniture and fittings that make it comfortable and cosy.

SECOND FLOOR: entrance from internal staircase onto living-dining room with kitchenette and sofa. Double bedroom with city view, bathroom with shower and bedroom with 1 single bed and a second single pull-out bed both suitable for children.

HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo bellissimo e soprattutto pulitissimo appartamento poco prima di Natale! I contatti con il proprietario sono stati sempre puntuali, e siamo stati accolti per il check in come da accordi! La posizione è poco fuori le mura del centro storico di Arezzo, c'è possibilità di parcheggio in strada a pochissima distanza c'è un parcheggio coperto, che abbiamo scelto, con tariffa davvero vantaggiosa! Casa molto luminosa, arredi nuovi, vettovaglie pulite, riscaldamento alla temperatura giusta, biancheria pulita e profumata! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Consigliatissimo! Grazie per l'ospitalità! alla prossima!
Posizione ottima!
Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro città comodamente a piedi, dato che tutto il centro è ZTL. Appartamento pulito, ordinato e con tutto ciò che occorre per sentirsi a casa.
