Description
Casa Grion is a stately home, built in the typical style of rural villas and situated in a panoramic position. It is located on the green hills covered with hazelnut trees, vineyards and olive groves, on a plateau 292 metres above sea level near the WWF OASIS of Corchiano. If you love nature or birdwatching, the WWF OASIS will be a wonderful place for you to spend unforgettable adventures.
Its location in northern Lazio at the gates of Corchiano, a characteristic town of Etruscan origin, where you can easily reach shops and services on foot, makes it perfect if you want to visit the whole of central Italy.
Certainly one of the highlights of the villa is the position, only 60 km from Rome. A visit to the Eternal City takes just an hour by train, and even by car the distance is not prohibitive. A short distance away, and well worth a day trip, are the luxuriant woods of the Cimini Mountains and the lakes of Bracciano, Vico and Bolsena, characteristic landscapes with their small villages nestling on the hillsides. Numerous Etruscan tombs have also been found in the area, with significant archaeological finds preserved in the museums of Valle Giulia in Rome and Forte Sangallo in Civita Castellana.
In short, a paradise of natural landscapes, characteristic villages and towns, museums and Etruscan and Roman remains waiting to be discovered!
The villa will be a comfortable place for your holidays even when you stay at home, well furnished and equipped and surrounded by a large park equipped with garden furniture and completely fenced off, ideal also for your pets. It also has a beautiful swimming pool (size 6x12 m., depth 1,50 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September) which is occasionally used also by the owners who live on the ground floor of the villa, with independent entrance from the back fo the house, and who in case of need will be a sure reference for you.
Interior description
The house, set on a mezzanine, with entrance by an external staircase (8 steps), is made up of: living-dining room, kitchen with fireplace, two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, one with added single bed, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
From the living room access to a large covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and very panoramic, furnished with tables and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining.

Breakage deposit Euro 250 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Heating Euro 3 per m3 (if used).
Air conditioning in two bedrooms Euro 50 per week each bedroom(if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.

It was a very beautiful house. The owners live there themselves, but they were very kind and we could do anything we like.
I recommend this house to everyone. If you are a family, or a group (like ours) combined with friends and family, you will have a great stay. The small town Corchiano is also very nice and shopping is around the corner.
Casa Grion. Location super!
Ho avuto l'opportunità di passare le vacanze a Villa Grion per 2 estati consecutive (agosto 2020 e 2021) con la mia famiglia. Soggiorno eccellente. Collocazione perfetta. Villa immersa nel verde della campagna ma magicamente nel paese! Ideale x accontentare solitari e non! Basta attraversare la strada x lasciarsi alle spalle il silenzio della campagna e ritrovarsi circondato di servizi primari e non solo (alimentari, ristorante, minimarket.., parrucchiere, farmacia, banca..). Posizione geograficamente strategica x visitare tutta la Tuscia e spostarsi tra Umbria, Lazio..in percorsi al massimo poco più di 1 ora. Ideale x visitare zona dei laghi e borghi antichi per poi ritornare nella campagna e immergersi in una bellissima piscina, attrezzata con ombrelloni e lettini. Per gli amanti di cavalli a pochi km da maneggio (4km circa). Casa di campagna estremamente grande. Collocata ad un piano leggermente rialzato (circa 8 scalini), dotata di 4 suites indipendenti (matrimoniali con bagno e tv), 1 salottino con tv, 1 sala da pranzo, 1 cucina abitabile, una veranda bellissima e molto grande (coperta, attrezzata con tavolo grande e salotto, con affaccio sulla piscina). Villa totalmente e finemente attrezzata (piatti, bicchieri, tazzine, tazze, microonde,lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro e tavola da stiro..). Fornite lenzuola (con cambio settimanale) e asciugamani. Insomma la consiglio vivamente! Ideale (come nel mio caso) anche x famiglie con figli e nonni. La grandezza della casa garantisce intimità anche x 2 diversi nuclei familiari. In termini di accesso ideale sia x giovani che x anziani. In ultimo un 5 super all'ospitalità dei proprietari! Ospitali ma discreti!!!
Family party
We travelled to Corchiano by car, after visiting Rome. The villa is large and spacious, and has everything you could need whilst you are home from home. The decor is a tad dated, and I would have preferred cotton sheets, having said that we enjoyed our week there, the pool was refreshing after lazing around in the sun. The village has everything you would need, we used the local butchers to provide catering for the family party for 30 of us, this was outstanding quality and great value for money.

Som at være på ferie hos mormor og morfar. Meget fint hus med hyggelig stemning og fin gammeldags indretning. Kæmpe dejlig overdækket terrasse med udsigt til poolen som man har for sig selv.
