About 10 km away is the blue Lake Trasimeno, with well-equipped beaches and opportunities for water sports. Ferries will take you easily to visit the small islands of the lake, an activity that is also very suitable for children.
And undoubtedly, among the activities not to be missed you must include the local cuisine, we can assure you that you will not regret it!

The red-brick farmhouse, located on the top of a gentle hill just outside the small village of Binami, overlooks Lake Montepulciano. From the green garden you can enjoy a picturesque view of the lake, relaxing and restful, fascinating especially at night with the small lights in the distance.
Colle sul lago, consisting of the main farmhouse and a small house a few metres away, is divided into 5 apartments, furnished with care and local antiques. The owners reside in the villa next door, a sure reference point for all your needs.

For your days in the open air, there is a large shady park surrounded by areas equipped for relaxing outside with gazebos, benches, tables and umbrellas, and the beautiful fenced swimming pool for shared use (size 6x12 m, depth 1.00-1.50 m), where you can enjoy an aperitif by the pool, on the sun loungers in the solarium. For your children there is a play area next to the pool. On the ground floor of Casetta La Solitudine you will find the laundry room in common use, with washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a freezer.
In a separate building, a few metres from the main house, there is a common room furnished with tables, chairs and a fireplace. Here you will find a small library in various languages when you feel like relaxing with a good book.
Il Colle sul Lago is, in our opinion, the perfect place if you want to enjoy a holiday with children and a relaxing experience in contact with nature.

Ground floor appartment of the main house, with entrance on living-dining room with kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is suitable for persons with reduced mobility. Possibility of adding a single bed in one bedroom.
The apartment can be connected internally to Pegaso.
