Description
Villa Infinito is an old farmhouse dating back to 1800. You will find it nestled among woods, olive groves and vineyards, located 500 metres above sea level on the green hills between Sinalunga and the Crete Senesi Natural Park. Its strategic position is a safe reference point for visiting the renowned historical centres of wonderful cities such as Siena, Florence, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Perugia or Assisi.
For all your daily expenses, just a few kilometres away you will find the village of Sinalunga, equipped with shops, supermarkets and restaurants where you can spend a pleasant evening out to dinner.
Because of its large surface area, its particular architectural conformation, its fine finishes, and its comfortable furnishings in harmony with the house, this villa is able to accommodate, offering a high level of comfort and privacy, your group of friends or family to spend your holidays in Tuscany together, carefree.
The house is surrounded by a large green space, shaded here and there by tall trees and equipped with a variety of activities suitable for adults and children such as a five-a-side football and volleyball field, basketball hoop, table tennis and table football. At the edge of the garden, in a very panoramic position, there is a large swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.30-1.80 m) where you can spend the hottest summer days.
In front of the house is a beautiful terrace-solarium, (60sq.m.) equipped with outdoor furniture from where you can enjoy an incomparable view over the Val di Chiana, from Lake Trasimeno to the Amiata and Cetona mountains, and on clear days the view reaches as far as the Umbro-Marchigiano Apennines.
Interior description
GROUND FLOOR: Spacious kitchen-dining room with open fireplace, living room with open fireplace, bedroom with double bed and single bed, with en suite bathroom and shower, bathroom with washbasin and toilet, laundry room.
FIRST FLOOR: This floor can be reached by means of two different internal staircases, one which enters at the front and the other at the back; both connect with the downstairs living room. On one side there are two double bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms with shower, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the other side, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
OUTBUILDING: There is a bedroom with double bed and single bed and bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

Private pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 500 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the appropriate centers that are located a few kilometers away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 300.
Pets (small size only) are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Tourist tax Euro 0,50 per person per day, children up to 14 years do not pay.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.

Amazing house
Amazing house, 10 min drive from Sinalunga so very private. Outdoor spaces are great, pool and dining area especially. Indoor living spaces are quite basic, though not an issue for us as weather was great. Places exactly as described, with well equipped kitchen, grill, pizza oven, and plenty of beds. Host was very helpful and always quick to respond via phone or messenger, made the whole trip very easy and comfortable.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem schönen Haus in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Sowie auch die Außenanlagen. Vielen Dank an die sehr zuvorkommenden und freundlichen Vermietern.

Wir hatte das Vergnügen, in der Villa Infinito eine Woche zu verbringen - meine Erfahrung war absolut fantastisch. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war völlig ausreichend und die Gastgeber waren äußerst liebevoll und nett. Die Lage der Villa ist traumhaft und das Anwesen selbst ist einfach atemberaubend. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen, besonders für Gruppen oder Familien, die eine großartige Location in der Toskana suchen.
Eine wunderschöne Woche
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche mit der Familie in der Villa Infinito. Die Lage und Aussicht ist traumhaft schön und die Eigentümerin ist ein Schatz. Sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und eines Morgens hatten wir von ihr sogar Croissants geschenkt bekommen. Eine super freundliche und hilfsbereite Person. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen.
