Description
In a hilly position 2 km from the characteristic town of Castiglion Fiorentino and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves we find Villa Giotto, a beautiful villa where you can spend comfortable and relaxing holidays.
The villa has just been restored using all natural and local materials: such as travertine, terracotta, wood and lime plaster. Since no chemicals were used in the restoration, guests will have the opportunity to spend a period of purification and in contact with nature.
All around the villa there is a large fenced garden of about 3,000 square metres where your pets can run freely. On the side of the villa there is a beautiful fenced in infinity pool (size 6 x 12 m - depth 1.40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) with a hydro-massage corner, equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and beach umbrellas, a porch with table and benches and a wood-burning oven and barbecue where you can cook and enjoy pizzas, roasts and grilling with your family and friends.
About 800 m. away there is a private tennis court (size 18X36 m.) to be used in common with the guests of three other villas: VILLA DEGLI OLIVI, COLLINA DEI FIORI and CASALE IL TRECENTO.
Villa Giotto is tastefully furnished with local antiques. Modern and comfortable, it maintains at the same time all the salient features of the traditional Tuscan farmhouse, guaranteeing, with the countless facilities, a high level of comfort. The ground floor and the swimming pool are wheelchair accessible.

GROUND FLOOR: entrance on living-dining room with kitchenette, fireplace, sofas and TV, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with added single bed and private bathroom with shower accessible for disabled. The living room overlooks the porch equipped with table benches and barbecue.
FIRST FLOOR: with access both by internal and external staircase with panoramic loggia, double bedroom with added single bed and private bathroom with shower, double bedroom with private balcony and bathroom with shower.

HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Fantastic stay!
Beautifully situated villa with absolutely fantastic furnishings. In the evenings, you can sit outside, enjoy a glass of wine, bake pizza in your own oven, and savor the view over the countryside. All of this is topped off by the enormous pool and the friendly hosts.

Spectacular!
We stayed at the Villa Giotto throughout August 2022 and had a wonderful family holiday. The setting is beautiful in the hills above Castiglion Fiorentino, overlooking olive groves and the vineyard - we were delighted to see wild boar on occasions! The villa itself is spectacular and even better than the photographs would suggest. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay very straightforward and relaxed. The general location is excellent for visits to Siena and Florence although Cortona, Arezzo, Civitella and Castiglion Fiorentino are all worth visiting and have their own charm, especially in August as many towns hold festivals with long histories. We were so impressed that we are now seriously considering a return visit in the future. Thanks again to the owners for making us feel so welcome.
Amazing house and location
Carlotta and her parents were amazing hosts. We had issues with our hire care and they went above and beyond with helping us. The house and location were amazing and their wine from the vineyard was brilliant too!

Traumhaft!
Das Haus, der Pool und die Lage mitten in der Toskana ist einfach traumhaft. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das kleine Städtchen ist sehr gemütlich und schön. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!!!
Herzliche Gastfreundschaft
Die Villa Giotto ist besonders liebevoll mit alten Materialien restauriert worden, der Forno a Legno und der Pizzaofen laden zum selbständigen Grillen ein, die verschiedenen Sitzplätze haben unterschiedlichen Charme. Der Blick in die toskanische Landschaft mit Weinreben und Olivenhainen entspannt das Auge. Der große Pool lädt nicht nur zum Schwimmen ein, die Massagedüsen tragen enorm zur Entspannung bei. Schließlich ist es aber auch die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeberfamilie, die den Aufenthalt in der Villa Giotto so erfreulich macht.
