Description
Villa Cappuccini is a beautiful villa situated about 1 km from the characteristic medieval village of Castiglion Fiorentino, it is not always necessary to use the car to get around, but you can take a short walk to the village to get a cappuccino, an ice cream or dine in one of the typical restaurants.
All around the house there is a large garden of about 6.000 m2 partially fenced in where it will be exciting to organize delicious barbecues in the cool gazebo furnished with table and chairs, adjacent to the beautiful fenced swimming pool (size 5x10 m - depth 1,40 - 2,00 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) and a large solarium equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas. At the edge of the garden, protected by a high hedge, is the house where lives the owner who, with his discreet presence, will be a point of reference for any needs or information.
Villa Cappuccini is the perfect union between modern and classic style, which well mixed make the villa extremely welcoming and charming, almost every room is characterized by handmade paintings and antique furniture. The presence of two kitchens makes the villa very flexible to the needs of several families and groups of friends, who can also organize fun tournaments at the table tennis. Your small four-legged friends are also welcome.

GROUND FLOOR: going up 4 steps, porch equipped with table, chairs and sofas, entrance in the wide dining room with kitchen corner, double bedroom, twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, sitting-room with double sofa bed, small bathroom (washbasin, WC and bidet), kitchen-dining room, wide living-room with sofas and TV, two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: with access through internal staircase, wide living-room with fireplace, sofas and TV, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Large panoramic balcony with view on the village of Castiglion Fiorentino equipped with sunbeds and sun umbrellas.

We stayed in the Villa three weeks and absolutely loved everything about it. Beautifully furnished and decorated, spacious and very clean, this property is so lovely. The spacious grounds are private and well-cared for, the pool is a dream with lots of chaises and umbrellas, and there are many separate areas for a group of 14 to gather or find solitude. We give high praise and appreciation to the knowledgeable owner who was always willing to provide attention but who respected our privacy. Highest marks!
Wir waren zu 14 (3 Familien) in der Villa. Die Villa und die Außenanlagen sind noch besser als auf den Bildern. Der Vermieter ist eine sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Mann. War echt super, hatten eine tolle und unvergessliche Zeit. Jederzeit wieder.
Better than expected
We had high expectations for the villa from the photos, description, and all our research, and it's not often that you turn up and find those expectations exceeded, but they were. The size, space and privacy we were offered was second to none, an almost too relaxing venue for adults and kids alike. Service and support was exactly as needed and no issues in the slightest to report, will strongly consider returning again.Perfekter Urlaub

Ho soggiornato a Villa Cappuccini durante il periodo di Capodanno, che dire: MERAVIGLIOSA. La villa oltre ad avere un giardino enorme e molto curato (barbecue, piscina, parcheggio,..)ideale per pranzi all'aperto, ha un'ottima distribuzione degli spazi interni. Infatti la casa risulta perfetta per grandi gruppi in quanto offre sia spazi condivisi che privacy. Nella villa sono presenti due cucine fornite di ogni accessorio ed elettrodomestico (lavastoviglie, macchina del caffe,...), un'enorme sala da pranzo con tavolo ovale in grado di accogliere tutti gli ospiti e diversi soggiorni. Le camere sono spaziose, finemente arredate e con letti confortevoli. Al piano superiore vi è un ampio spazio relax dotato di camino e maxi schermo. La grande disponibilità del padrone di casa e la sua attenzione ai particolari (abbiamo trovato carte e fiches, giochi da tavolo,bocce,...) hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno veramente piacevole. Ritorneremo sicuramente.Thank you a million!
Dear Elia and Michela, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help. You were patient and gave me the best information possible. Your guidance in suggesting that Villa Cappuccini in Castiglion Fiorentino would meet our needs was perfect. The villa was amazing: Clean, spacious, well appointed. It had enough rooms, bathrooms and space for all of us to feel that we had the space we needed. The pool was wonderful, as was the lawn, the gazebo and the ping pong table. My family loved it! Sergio, the owner and caretaker, was wonderful. He was there when we needed him but otherwise was extremely respectful of our privacy. I would recommend the villa and your company highly. I don't know where to go to do so. I see a Villa Cappuccini listed, but it's in Cortona.
