Description
You will find Villa Sunny Hill where the Valdichiana is at its greenest and stretches into gentle hills covered with vineyards, olive groves and cultivated fields. From the villa you can enjoy a harmonious view, which, as the seasons change, gives different colours to the valley and a feeling of peace and tranquillity to your eyes. The green of the vineyards, the silver of the olive groves, and the yellow of the sunflower fields will be nourishment not only for your eyes but also for your mind, far away from the hectic everyday life.
In 2 minutes by car you can reach the small village of Alberoro where you will find shops, such as a minimarket, butcher's and bar. In the area there are several restaurants, where you can taste meat, pasta, pizza and typical Tuscan recipes, and where you can also enjoy excellent local wines. The village of Monte San Savino, on the other hand, can be reached in 10 minutes, and we certainly recommend spending a day in Arezzo (reachable in 20 minutes by car), strolling through the narrow streets of the characteristic historic centre.
The Sunny Hill villa will provide you with a large, well-kept garden, always full of flowers and plants and all to enjoy, with a swimming pool for your exclusive use (size m. 9x3.5, depth m. 1.40 - open from 01st June to 30th September) with a gazebo, sunbeds and deckchairs, a portico with access from the living area where you can enjoy your meals in the open air, a brick barbecue and a pergola with table tennis and parking space.
The interior of the villa has been realised with great care and love by the owners, with attention to detail as well as functionality and quality. The stone, brick arches, terracotta vases, ceramics, wooden floors and warm colours will make you feel at home in a cosy, intimate and comfortable atmosphere. The large kitchen and bright living area invite you to spend time there, between dinners and chats at the table with friends or family.
We think Sunny Hill will be your perfect place, whether with friends or with your children, if what you are looking for is a relaxing holiday, in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, but with every convenience within easy reach. And with the possibility of moving around, when you don't prefer to enjoy the house and its spaces in tranquillity, for day trips to discover the region, its small villages perched on high hills, cities of art and the thousands of hidden treasures to be discovered in rural Tuscany.
The owners live in the house next door, a discreet presence but always ready and happy to help and advise you with every need.

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.

Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Air conditioning Euro 1 per kwh (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day applied for the first 5 days only. Children up to 14 years do not pay.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Beautiful Sunny Villa
The villa was perfect, great location to explore Tuscany.. The attention to detail in the modern, extremely well kept villa was perfect for our family.. Amazing pool cleaner every day. We will definitely reach and return. We had the chef cook at the villa too which was a great experience.
Lovely place
Nyt renoveret og god plads med tre soveværelser. Velfungerende wifi og Aircondition i alle rum. Our New Tuscan family!
Simone and Marta -the owners are the nicest people on earth. They welcomed us and were ready with juice, water and Prosecco; Marta came with homemade plummarmelade and their homegrown peaches. Tomatoes, plums and melons. They invited us out eating with their friends. Again -very very Nice and kind people. They are our New Tuscan family! Hope to come back to Sunnyhill.
A splendid villa
We have had a really wonderful week in this splendid villa. A beautiful view over the Tuscan hills, olive trees and wine fields. A large private swimmingpool. A shady terrace where we could get into the true Tuscan spirit of life. A beautiful Villa with many elegant solutions and taste. We could see that a lot of love had been put into the building of this villa. And everything just worked. From great beds to super wifi. On top of this the owners next door, showed great hospitality, from a nice welcome package with homemade pasta-salad and cake, to taste of their homemade Limoncello and portwine. A perfect host, helpfull and by no means intrusive. If we get the chance to go to Tuscany again, we will pick this spot again - no questions asked.
