Description
Collina dei Fiori is the result of a painstaking restructuring of an old country house situated in an extremely panoramic position, waiting for you to spend unforgettable holidays with your family or friends. This beautiful villa is at the top of a hillside covered in age-old olive trees and green woods, where many small roads climb up the steep hills revealing enchanting views at every turn.
In a few minutes’ drive from the house you can easily reach Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona, Arezzo and Lake Trasimeno, ideal destinations for day trips, to alternate with relaxing days at the swimming pool (size 5x10 m, depth 1,20-2,20 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) and funny tennis and table tennis tournaments. The tennis court is located a few hundred meters from the house and is shared only with the guests of the other three houses VILLA DEGLI OLIVI, CASALE IL TRECENTO and VILLA GIOTTO.
Adjacent to the kitchen there is a pergola furnished with table and benches and a barbecue where you can spend your evenings together with family and friends, enjoying grilled meats and sipping a glass of wine. The large enclosed garden offers privacy and security for your family and your four-legged friends. If you want to stretch your legs in the hills around the house there are countless hiking trails, also suitable for children.
Interior description
GROUND FLOOR: Entrance from a porch, living room, kitchen-dining room with fireplace, bathroom with shower, twin bedroom.
FIRST FLOOR: going up an internal staircase we access to a double bedroom with small panoramic loggia, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor are endowed with air conditioning.

Heating Euro 7 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 10 each per day.
Air conditioning Euro 1 a Kwh (if used)

Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 7 days only, children up to 14 years do not pay.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Beautiful views
Fantastic house, very clean and with beautiful views over the valley from the porch. Great swimming pool in a very beautiful garden with lots of fruit trees and herbs. The owners are very friendly and helpfull.
Magical escape!
We have just returned from a wonderful week at Collina dei Fiori. The villa is located in beautiful quiet surroundings with fabulous views of the Tuscan hills. Our hosts Aida and Max were fantastic - they were so helpful and we really appreciated the Tuscan treats that they kindly left for us on several occasions. The tennis court was in great condition, and a real bonus. The villa itself was very well equipped both inside and outside, and the bedrooms were very quiet and cool. Castiglion Fiorentino, our small local town, was charming (not touristy), and had great local facilities including good restaurants, decent supermarkets, and a wonderful gelateria, all within walking distance. We were also able to visit lots of other interesting places a short drive from the villa including Arezzo, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno and Montepulciano, and we also did some lovely walks from the villa itself, exploring the local countryside. We would love to return sometime soon and would highly recommend the villa for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Wonderful place in Tuscany
Vi har holdt tre ugers ferie på dette sted i Toscana - og vi kan kun give huset, omgivelserne, området og ejerne vores allerbedste anbefalinger. Huset ligger lidt for sig selv og det er skønt kun at skulle lytte til sin egen families "larm". Solnedgangen set fra terrassen, er et skønt skue hver aften. Ejerne er særdeles gæstfrie, meget venlige og hjælpsomme. De vedligeholder huset godt. Området byder på dejlig natur, men også de forskellige byer er et besøg værd. Især Assisi er en utrolig smuk by.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Das war war wie beschrieben, sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Carlotta und ihre Familie ( Vermieter) sind sehr herzlich und sind immer für einen mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle.
Super erholt!!!
Wir haben zu sechst (2 Fam.) 2 supertolle Wochen genossen. Das Haus ist super gepflegt und gemütlich, das Areal großzügig ansprechend. Die Mischung aus Pool, Tennisplatz, Tischtennisplatte, schöner Außenterrasse mit tollem Blick über die Landschaft, Platz genug ein ruhiges Leseplätzchen zu suchen, war einfach ideal. Die Vermieter super nett!!. Und wer mal keine Lust hat, selber zu kochen und wegzufahren, um essen zu gehen, dem können wir das von Walter und seiner Frau ausgerichtete heimische toskanische Dinner empfehlen, das man buchen kann. Sehr lecker, sehr verwöhnend.
