Description
Casina Paradiso is just a few minutes drive from the town of Cortona, rich in Etruscan reminiscences, priceless and beautiful works of art, noble palaces and characteristic lanes. You cannot miss visiting Cortona and drinking a glass of wine in “Rugapiana” alley.
Lake Trasimeno is also easily accessible from here, with its beautiful beaches, islands and many small historic centres magically set in the green hills that frame it. It is also an ideal destination for lovers of water sports.
The small house is located next to the owners' villa, with whom you will also occasionally share the beautiful swimming pool with panoramic view of Cortona (size m 4x8, depth m 1.40-1.60 - open from 1st May to 30 September). Casina Paradiso is furnished with taste and care down to the smallest detail, is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi and has a beautiful private terrace-solarium and an outdoor area with barbecue and garden furniture for your dinners “al fresco”. Above all, the terrace will become the focal point of your cool summer evenings with the view of Cortona lit up in the distance.
Casina Paradiso is a small nest, ideal if you are a couple and wish to spend a romantic holiday, to spend your honeymoon, but also as a support point to comfortably visit Tuscany and the nearby Umbria.
Not far from the house is the road that has connected Cortona since ancient times with the chief town Arezzo, which can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. Your small size four-legged friends are also welcome (extra charge could be required).

GROUND FLOOR: entrance from terrace-solarium equipped with table and chairs for outdoor meals, living-dining room with kitchen corner, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Possibility to add a single bed in the bedroom.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 40.
Heating Euro 5 per day (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day (small size only).
Tourist tax Euro 2,50 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
Air conditioning Euro 7 per day (if used).
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Rundum perfekt
Wir haben uns bei Rosanna und Alessandro absolut wohl gefühlt! Wir wurden mit unserem Welpen extrem herzlich empfangen, sogar ein selbstgebackener (sehr leckerer!) Kuchen und frisches Gemüse standen für uns bereit. Es wurde sich mehrmals erkundigt, wie wir zurecht kommen, ob wir zufrieden sind und ob mit dem Hund alles passt, aber niemals aufdringlich! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und modern, alles funktioniert problemlos und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein großer Pluspunkt für uns war die Klimaanlage! Den Pool hatten wir größtenteils für uns, die beiden Kinder der Familie nutzten ihn ebenfalls sporadisch und fragten vorher jedes Mal höflich nach. Beim Pool wäre anzumerken, dass er (leicht) gesalzenes Wasser enthält. Es wurde sich täglich professionell um die Wartung und Reinigung gekümmert. Leider sind die Zikaden im Garten sehr laut, da kann aber niemand etwas für. Die allgemeine Kommunikation hat über Google Translator wunderbar funktioniert. Cortona und etwaige Geschäfte liegen nur einige Autominuten entfernt, sodass auch einkaufen, Essen/Eis gehen/abholen oder ein Besuch in der Innenstadt problemlos machbar sind. Für uns war es ein perfekter, erholsamer Urlaub und wir können Casina Paradiso uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! :)

Alles Bestens!
Alles Bestens. Die Vermieter sehr nett. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für zwei Personen, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Waren zum zweiten Mal dort und würden auch ein dtittes oder viertes Mal dort Urlaub machen.
Perfect stay
If you are a couple looking for peace and quiet and want to relax, or also want to do something cultural, this is the perfect stay. The landlords are very kind and take great care of their guests. A small dog is also allowed, as it can use the beautifully maintained garden.
Relaxing Holiday for two
Casina Paradiso ist wirklich zu empfehlen, um zu zweit einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Alles sehr gepflegt und die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett. Auch Angelika, die Mutter der Vermieter ist eine nette Dame. Also wir, waren als Paar dort und würden gern irgendwann, wieder dort Urlaub machen . Cortona, Arezzo, Siena und weitere kleine Dörfchen sind von dort aus sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Also immer wieder gern.
100% Super
Goede lokatie (wel met een auto). Zwembad is geweldig. En het gast gezin is heel vriendelijk. Goede restaurants in de buurt. We hebben niks te klagen gehad 100% supper! *********** Good location (with a car). Swimming pool is great and the host family is very friendly. Good restaurants nearby. My husband and I were delighted with the accommodation at Casa Paradiso. The house is charming and was clean and welcoming on our arrival. The booking system was easy and communication was clear and timely. The house is easy to find and ideally placed for visiting Cortona and the surrounding areas.
