Description
Casale il Trecento is a comfortable villa with a good balance between modern convenience and the authentic style of a 19th century farmhouse. It is said that in times past, the land adjacent to the villa was used as a shooting range. They aimed at marksmen from a distance of about 300 mt, hence the villa's characteristic name. There is also a very old, small cellar with a vault dating back to 1600. The villa is situated in a panoramic position 1.5 km from the town of Castiglion Fiorentino, which can be reached by a short walk. We recommend the walk to the village, without taking the car you can walk to one of the typical restaurants in the narrow streets of the village, or just go for a coffee at the bar or a fresh homemade ice cream.
You will for sure spend a happy holiday with family or friends at the farmhouse. Thanks to its location, Casale Il Trecento will make it easy to combine cultural trips to Arezzo, Siena and Florence with relaxing days around the beautiful private infinity pool (size 6 x 12 - depth 1.40 - open from 01st May to 30th September). All around the villa and the pool a large garden (approx. 16.000 m2) with century-old olive trees, completely fenced, where also your pets will feel at home.
Those who like to respect the environment will be happy to know that the house draws its drinking water from a well, so there is no need to buy heavy plastic bottles.
Another highlight of the villa, in our opinion, is the furnished panoramic terrace, which overlooks the hill from the living room. We are sure you will spend unforgettable evenings here in the night breeze, over a glass of good local wine.
The owner manages 3 other villas that share a private tennis court which is about 800 mt away from the house.

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 10 each per day and includes also a kennel, bowls for water and food and a pet toy.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
Air conditioning Euro 1 per Kwh (if used).
Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 7 days only, children up to 14 years do not pay.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.

Excellent place
Excellent place to enjoy your Tuscan holidays! All the necessary amenities were there, spacious swimming pool, huge garden with fig trees, 4 separate bedrooms, outdoor brick oven and there’s a tennis court nearby!

A great place
We spent a wonderful two week holiday in a comfortable house in which there were all the necessary amenities. The house garden and pool are surrounded by wonderful greenery, the delicious figs straight from the tree were a sweet addition to the meals. The host very friendly and cmmunicative, responded to all our questions almost immediately. We will definitely come back !!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for peace and quiet in green !!! Tuscany!
Fantastic stay
We had a fantastic stay and received good follow-up along the way. The place was as idyllic as in the pictures and was very suitable for larger groups. The site is very private, which means you can really relax and enjoy the facilities. There are also many exciting places a short drive away.
Best holiday villa ever!
This property was simply awesome….. it had everything you could want from a holiday villa and the website pictures do not do it justice !! The pool was large, clean and warm (September) with its own jacuzzi corner. The olive groves stretched for aches and was totally fenced in, making it ideal to allow our dogs complete freedom whilst we relaxed. The pizza oven was a great family experience and we all had fun along the way. Supermarkets and restaurants were close and had a wide range of products. The owning family were absolutely wonderful and friendly - very responsive to any text messages and full of advice. We were provided with a gift of a homemade panacotta on our last evening as a gift ….. oh my goodness, I have never tasted anything close to this heavenly taste …..

Fantastic oasis with reasonable distance to shops and town
The private pool we had to ourselves was super. The house was spacious with everything needed. Since it was September, there were ripe figs in the garden for us to eat. The landlord was very accommodating and answered quickly if we had any questions. We will be happy to return.
