It was here, in 1554, that the historic Battle of Scannagallo was fought, a key event in the formation of modern Tuscany, which is also depicted in the magnificent fresco by Giorgio Vasari in the Hall of the Five Hundred at Palazzo Vecchio in Florence.

Interior description
FIRST FLOOR: with entrance from internal staircase there is a well-equipped kitchen-dining room, study with reading corner, air-conditioned living room with sofa, dining table, fireplace and bathroom with shower. From the living room there is access to the large terrace furnished with table, chairs, sitting area and barbecue.
SECOND FLOOR: with access by internal staircase, 2 double bedrooms, one bedroom with small double bed and a bathroom with bathtub.
EQUIPMENT:
- Refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, barbecue.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms, washer-dryer, hairdryer (2), iron and ironing board.

Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).

Pets (small size only) are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.
Tourist tax Euro 2 per person per day applied for the first 5 days only. Children up to 14 years do not pay.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Consigliatissima la casa e la location
L'accoglienza è stata molto familiare e super ospitale. Tutti i consigli che ci hanno dato sono stati utilissimi. Comoda la location e delizioso il paesino. La casa era calda e accogliente. Le stanze una più deliziosa dell altra. La crostata era super buona, le scale ripide ma ci si prende subito confidenza. I bagni Perfetti. Grazie ancora di cuore, torneremo presto.
A wonderful stay in this perfect little gem
he property is Amazing.. the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.. It's beautifully furnished, cosy and very clean.. and the outdoor terrace space is fabulous. The property is well placed as a base for exploring the surrounding beautiful hilltop villages.. and larger cities such as Arezzo, Sienna and Florence..and Lake Trasimeno. The owners Marco and Nadia are lovely. Marco is an expert on the history of Pozzo and will gladly offer his time up to show you around! Nadia is lovely and has made this holiday rental feel like a home... even baking us a fabulous cake for when we arrived!
Meraviglioso soggiorno in Toscana
L'abitazione è molto accogliente e arredata con gusto. Gli ambienti sono ampi e consentono un'ottimo soggiorno. L'accoglienza dei proprietari è fantastica. C'è una veranda superlativa fruibile in qualsiasi momento dell'anno.
Casa molto carina
Casa molto carina, con un bel terrazzo vivibile e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Nella casa sono presenti tutte le cose utili, non manca veramente nulla. I padroni di casa sono persone squisite e al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto con una crostata fatta in casa davvero buona.
Semplicemente perfetto
Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura la settimana scorsa e tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto. Dotata di ogni tipo di comfort e di splendida terrazza per i momenti di relax. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e super ospitali. Il borgo storico in cui è situata la struttura, oltre ad essere facilmente raggiungibile, è davvero carino e dotato dei servizi essenziali. Ci torneremo volentieri.
Splendido appartamento
Appartamento super accogliente, curato, pulito, spazioso, ben organizzato e ben fornito. La posizione è ottima, vicino al supermercato e ai vari servizi che offre il paese. Parcheggio agevole. Proprietari cortesi, disponibili e super accoglienti. Consigliatissimo.

I proprietari Nadia e Marco sin dal momento del check in sono stati disponibili e super accoglienti. Lo consiglio vivamente. La casa è dotata di tutti i confort. La terrazza è il fiore all'occhiello.
