Description
Ca' di Maestro is composed of 5 apartments obtained from the careful renovation of an old stone farmhouse; it will be the ideal place for your holidays, in complete relaxation, in an environment full of charm and ancient peasant traditions. Each apartment faithfully respects the original construction characteristics; the furniture and all the objects that decorate the house have been carefully chosen by the owners and are perfectly coordinated. They will take you back to a time in the past, when the pace of life was slower and less hectic.
In a few minutes' drive you will be able to reach the beautiful Cortona, a medieval town, rich in Etruscan memories and works of art of inestimable value and incomparable beauty; here you can spend your summer days strolling or dining on 'Rugapiana'. Just a few kilometres away you will also find Lake Trasimeno, the largest lake in peninsular Italy, with its beautiful beaches, islands and many small historic hill towns magically set in a still intact and uncontaminated natural environment that constitutes the Trasimeno Natural Park.
In Cortona or Camucia you will find all kinds of services, shops, restaurants and supermarkets for your daily shopping, but for basic necessities, there is a restaurant in Montanare, just a few steps away.
In the large green space in front of the house, shaded by the presence of luxuriant, silver-coloured, centuries-old olive trees, you will have a barbecue and garden furniture at your disposal, spaces optimised for your open-air dinners, as well as a beautiful swimming pool measuring 6x12 metres (depth 1 m - 2.50 m - open from 11 May to 28 September) that will be a safe refuge for you and your children during the summer heat.

Ground-floor apartment comprising living-dining room with kitchen facilities, open fireplace and double-bed settee, double bedroom with ensuite toilet, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. Private wooden pergola furnished with table and chairs.

Arrival: in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - Departure: in the morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Shared pool open from 11/05 to 28/09.
Wi-Fi Internet access available in the garden.
Bed linen and bathroom towels (Initial Set).
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.
Pets are not allowed.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 150 per apartment (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Obligatory final cleaning: Mappamondo and Calamaio Euro 50, Scrittoio and Cattedra Euro 60 per apartment.
Heating Euro 5 per m3 per apartment (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 2 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Sheets change Euro 5 per person.
Bath towels change Euro 5 per person.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Green oasis
This complex is a green oasis lovingly tended by the friendly and attentive hosts. The ideal place to relax and as a starting point for exploring southern Tuscany and nearby Umbria. The holiday appartments are located in old buildings typical of the landscape. Thus, our holiday flat offered a pleasant coolness in the summer heat. Much of the original construction has been preserved in the rooms. We liked it very much.

Il posto è davvero come si vede nelle foto, forse anche più bello. Il signor Piero e sua moglie ci hanno accolto con molta gentilezza e sono sempre stati molto disponibili. I luoghi nei dintorni meritano una visita - una settimana vola …
Perfekt til afslapning
Mine tre tenagedøtre og jeg var super glade med opholdet på Ca' di Maestro. Vi var de eneste gæster den uge, vi var afsted, så vi havde nærmest poolområdet helt for os selv. Køkkenet var veludstyret, så vi lavede næsten alle middagene selv i lejligheden. Piero og hans kone var særdeles venlige og imødekommende. De havde gæster på besøg flere gange i den uge, vi var der, så vi fik også lov til at smage lidt af maden, så vi fik foræret frisk salat, agurk og æg. Parasollen blev desværre ødelagt af vinden, men der gik knap ½ time, så var der en ny. Pigerne var super glade, fordi internet forbindelsen virkede perfekt. Den eneste larm vi hørte var fra et par nabohunde, men altså det er jo forventeligt, når man er på landet. Så alt i alt, var det en super uge.
