Description
Ca' di Maestro is composed of 5 apartments obtained from the careful renovation of an old stone farmhouse; it will be the ideal place for your holidays, in complete relaxation, in an environment full of charm and ancient peasant traditions. Each apartment faithfully respects the original construction characteristics; the furniture and all the objects that decorate the house have been carefully chosen by the owners and are perfectly coordinated. They will take you back to a time in the past, when the pace of life was slower and less hectic.
In a few minutes' drive you will be able to reach the beautiful Cortona, a medieval town, rich in Etruscan memories and works of art of inestimable value and incomparable beauty; here you can spend your summer days strolling or dining on 'Rugapiana'. Just a few kilometres away you will also find Lake Trasimeno, the largest lake in peninsular Italy, with its beautiful beaches, islands and many small historic hill towns magically set in a still intact and uncontaminated natural environment that constitutes the Trasimeno Natural Park.
In Cortona or Camucia you will find all kinds of services, shops, restaurants and supermarkets for your daily shopping, but for basic necessities, there is a restaurant in Montanare, just a few steps away.
In the large green space in front of the house, shaded by the presence of luxuriant, silver-coloured, centuries-old olive trees, you will have a barbecue and garden furniture at your disposal, spaces optimised for your open-air dinners, as well as a beautiful swimming pool measuring 6x12 metres (depth 1 m - 2.50 m - open from 11 May to 28 September) that will be a safe refuge for you and your children during the summer heat.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 150 per apartment (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Obligatory final cleaning: Mappamondo and Calamaio Euro 50, Scrittoio and Cattedra Euro 60 per apartment.
Heating Euro 5 per m3 per apartment (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 2 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Sheets change Euro 5 per person.
Bath towels change Euro 5 per person.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.

Une pensée particulière pour Piero et Louisa qui ont contribué par leur gentillesse, leur écoute à faire de notre séjour un moment que nous n oublieront pas. Alles gut
Unsere Familie, die aus sechs Personen besteht, war sehr zufrieden mit diesem Ferienhaus. Die Kinder sind fast jeden Tag im großen Pool gewesen und waren sehr begeistert vom mit sehr viel Mühe und Liebe gestalteten Garten. Sie konnten nicht nur schwimmen, sondern auch Schildkröten und Hühner streicheln sowie in der Hängematte liegen oder schaukeln. Ausserdem war unser Gastgeber stets freundlich und bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Gerne hätten wir uns mit ihm unterhalten wollen, aber leider können wir kein Italienisch, dennoch waren unsere Begegnungen stets angenehm.
Fantastisk feriested
Har aldrig oplevet sådan en gæstfrihed. Piero og Luisa gør det så godt, man føler sig velkommen allerede inden man kommer ud af bilen. Man oplever det virkelige Italien ved at bo på Ca´ di Maistro. Et sted som ikke kan beskrives men skal opleves.

Dieses Objekt ist ein Paradies für alle die gerne die Ruhe genießen. Die Unterkunft liegt im kleinen Ort Montanare in der Nähe von Cortona (10km) und ist über einen Schotterweg zu erreichen. Auf einem ca. 2000 m² großen Grundstück befinden sich in einem Bruchsteinhaus 3 Ferienwohnungen die mit viel liebe zum Detail renoviert wurden. Der Garten ist wunderschön mit alten Olivenbäumen, Pinien, Rosenstöcken und Oleander eingewachsen kann man hier am Pool Sonne und auch Schatten genießen. Der Hauseigentümer Pierro und seine Frau Luisa sind die guten Seelen, die ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück leben. Desweiteren gehören 4 Schildkröten, 1 Hund und zwei Hühner dazu. Am 1. Tag wurden wir mit leckerem Gemüse und Obst aus dem Garten empfangen und konnten auch während unseres Aufenthaltes Salbei, Rosmarien und Basilikum aus dem Garten holen! Weitere Vorteile die leider oben nicht mehr ins Textfeld gepasst haben: Der Pool ist super und auch für kl. Kinder geeignet, da es über eine Treppe flach ins Wasser geht und erst ab der Hälfte so tief ist, das auch ein Erwachsener nicht mehr stehen kann. Die Küche mit dem Gasherd ist gut ausgestattet, sodass man hier toll kochen kann. Nachteil: Leider kein Gefrierschrank nur eine Gefrierplatte im Kühlschrank, was ausreichend ist um Kühlakkus wieder zu kühlen. Leider für eine Packung Eis nicht kühl genug. Alle nowendigen Lebensmittel kann man im Nebenort (3km) entfernt kaufen und einen großen Supermarkt gibt es in Cortona. Die Städte Arrezzo, Cortona, Perugia und auch der Lago Transimetto sind schnell zu erreichen. Zwei wunderschöne erholsame Wochen in einem kleinen Paradies.
