Description
The property consists of two adjacent houses, Pagliazzone and La Casa di Priscilla, nestled in the greenery of the Val d’Ambra hills, in a peaceful and panoramic location near the ruins of Cennina Castle. A short walk leads to Bucine, where you can find all main services, shops, and typical restaurants. The villages of Val d’Ambra and Chianti are easily accessible, as well as Arezzo, Florence, and Siena for pleasant day trips.
Pagliazzone is a standalone house with a private, fully fenced garden, located in a secluded and quiet position. It features a private swimming pool (5x11 m, depth 1.20–1.80 m), set in a large, well-kept green lawn, shaded by tall pines and rich with flowers.
La Casa di Priscilla, adjacent to Pagliazzone, has its own private garden with a hot tub, perfect for relaxing moments outdoors, surrounded by the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. Both houses have outdoor areas equipped for dining al fresco.
The garden offers beautiful views of the vineyards and surrounding hills and is designed for maximum relaxation, with several corners dedicated to rest: from the pergola to the gazebo hidden among the trees, and from the sun loungers by the pool to the solarium by the hot tub. It is also an ideal space for those traveling with pets, who can move freely in complete safety.
The interiors of the houses are furnished in a typical Tuscan style, with a pleasant rustic character and good comfort. Le Casine di Bucine can accommodate up to 7 people and are ideal for groups or two families seeking peace, privacy, and nature.
The owners live in the neighboring house and take care of the pool and garden daily, ensuring order, attention, and discretion during your stay.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 400 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Heating Euro 0,70 per kwh per house (if used).
Air conditioning Euro 0,70 per kwh per house (if used).
Sheets change Euro 5 per person.
Bath towels change Euro 5 per person.
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.

HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
