Description
An original stone farmhouse at the gateway to the green Casentino valley and north of the city of Arezzo. The villa Casale Lorenzo with its beautiful fenced park, the large private swimming pool (size 15 x 8 m - depth 1,00 - 2,40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) with changing room, bathroom with shower and equipped solarium, the relaxing Jacuzzi offers wide space for everyone to enjoy an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. You won't be able to give up a dip in the pool, a barbecue on the cool furnished porch or an afternoon in the Jacuzzi with a good glass of wine. Even your small size four-legged friends are welcome here.
3 km away from the villa is the small village of Subbiano, where you will find shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Absolutely not to be missed, on hot summer days, is a trip to the nearby Park of the Casentino Forests, among ancient castles and remote monasteries, which will give you moments of true wonder.
The villa Casale Lorenzo is luxuriously equipped with air-conditioning, a billiard room, a large, well-equipped kitchen and an indoor barbecue. A décor composed of local antiques offers countless nooks and crannies for you to relax while reading your favourite book. For you and your children, there is an infinite, safe green space and a billiard table where you can play tournaments and games.
An extra touch comes from the extremely cordial welcome of Massimo and Nadia, the owners, who are always attentive to make you feel welcome and at home.
Interior description
Villa set on two levels. GROUND FLOOR: coming down two steps we find, living-dining room with fireplace and sofas, kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with washbasin, bidet and wc, small laundry room. Coming down another step, access to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. On the side of the house facing the pool we find a wide porch equipped with table and chairs to eat outside.
FIRST FLOOR: with access through internal stone staircase we find a living room with sofa, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
ANNEX: large living room with billiard table and fireplace, bathroom with shower.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 200.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms Euro 0,60 per Kwh (if used).
Whirlpool open all year round Euro 0,60 per Kwh (if used).
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Small size pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day and includes also a kennel, bowls for water and food and a pet toy.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
A gem in the Casentino
Casa Lorenzo was an excellent villa in which to spend a summer holiday with family and friends at the gateway to the Casentino and Val Tiberina valleys. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms conveniently located near and in the bedrooms. The dining room was large and comfortable and could well provide for up to 12 people at the lovely table. However the kitchen would be a little small catering for 10 or more people. The grounds and the large inground pool were excellent as was the loggia where we had most of our meals Above all else Massimo and Nadia proved to be the most hospitable hosts and could not do enough for their guests. PS For lovers of top quality meats don`t fail to visit the butcher shop in Subbiano. Keith and Heather-August 2024

Abbiamo soggiornato presso “Casale Lorenzo” per festeggiare il capodanno. Eravamo un gruppo di 10 persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Spazi ampi e funzionali, perfetti per un gruppo così numeroso. Jacuzzi riscaldata spettacolare! I proprietari della casa sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili, abbiamo avuto un’emergenza e si sono subito recati sul posto per sistemarla. La comunicazione con l’agenzia altrettanto funzionale e precisa.

Wonderful place
Wonderful place to spend time with family and friends...perfect to relax yourself...there is also a big Jacuzzi that is not seen in the photos. Massimo and his family are very helpful and available at any time to satisfy any request.
Beautiful place
Casale Lorenzo is a beautiful place to stay. Excellent facilities. Very clean and very comfortable. A quiet location...the only downside was there are quite a few wasps. We had an amazing time and may well book again.
