Descrizione
Palazzolo Alto è una bella villa, ai margini del minuscolo borgo di Palazzuolo, posta nel territorio a nord di Monte San Savino. Da sempre confine naturale tra le provincie di Arezzo e Siena, due tra le città più importanti della Toscana, equidistanti dalla villa e facilmente raggiungibili, con circa trenta minuti di auto. Inoltre, se vi piace andare in bicicletta o se siete amanti delle moto, la strada che congiunge Monte San Savino a Siena offre bellissimi scorci ed emozionanti panorami.
A Palazzolo Alto avrete a disposizione un ampio e panoramico giardino. Nelle calde giornate estive potrete oziare nella terrazza solarium della piscina privata (dimensioni 6x12 m., profondità m. 1,00-1,40 completamente recintata - aperta dal 15 Maggio al 30 Settembre) e beneficiare di un tuffo rinfrescante. Il barbecue davanti al grande porticato è molto comodo per deliziose grigliate in compagnia di familiari e amici, oppure se preferite potrete gustare un buona cena toscana cucinata da uno dei nostri chef. La villa è spaziosa e ben arredata con pezzi di antiquariato locale.
Ma quello che più vi colpirà di questa villa è senz’altro il panorama che si gode dalla casa, dal giardino e anche dalla piscina. Una vista che si perde su paesaggi naturali di intensa bellezza, dalle Crete Senesi, fino alle porte di Siena. Una vallata intera a soddisfare lo sguardo, prosperi vigneti, verdi zone boscose, olivi argentati, insomma la Toscana dalla vostra finestra!

PIANO TERRA: Cucina-pranzo con camino, soggiorno affacciato sul giardino e sul porticato arredato con tavoli e sedie, ideale per mangiare all'aperto.
PIANO PRIMO: Accessibile sia da scala esterna in pietra con piccola terrazza sia da scala interna, è composto da salotto con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, camera matrimoniale, camera matrimoniale con bagno con privato doccia, camera con due letti singoli con bagno privato con doccia, bagno con vasca.
Nella dependance, si trovano una camera con due letti singoli ed un bagno con piccola vasca. La dependance non è dotata di riscaldamento.

Per effettuare una prenotazione è possibile farlo direttamente sul sito selezionando le date nel calendario dell’alloggio desiderato, oppure potete inviare una e-mail a info@eurocasa.com specificando il nome della villa e il periodo che volete prenotare e vi invieremo la nostra conferma di prenotazione con tutti i dettagli per procedere al pagamento.
Modalità di pagamento (tramite Bonifico Bancario o Carta di Credito)
al momento della conferma di prenotazione sarà richiesto il pagamento dell’acconto del 20% dell’ammontare complessivo della prenotazione.
Il pagamento del saldo dovrà essere effettuato entro 35 giorni prima dell’inizio del soggiorno.
Se la prenotazione avverrà nei 35 giorni precedenti l’inizio della locazione, il relativo ammontare dovrà essere interamente versato al momento della conferma di prenotazione.
Termini di cancellazione previsti
-20% del prezzo di locazione per annullamenti pervenuti fino a 36 giorni prima della locazione.
-100% del prezzo di locazione per gli annullamenti pervenuti tra il 35° giorno ed il giorno di inizio della locazione, e in caso di No Show.
Wonderful stay
We easily found the house, which is located in a very quiet and uncrowded village called Palazzolo Alto. The house is located on a beautiful private property in a high region that offers incredible views of the surroundings. With a stone exterior and wooden windows, the house features beautiful traditional Tuscan architecture. Surrounded by a beautiful, well-kept garden with mown grass, flower pots and olive trees, the place is an invitation to relax and enjoy the landscape. Also in the garden, down a flight of steps is a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers, chairs and tables. Due to the low temperature we did not use the pool and that was a shame. The interior of the house is extremely spacious and comfortable and the house was clean and tidy. During our stay we were able to cook and wash clothes as the house was very well equipped and had everything we needed. On the second floor of the house, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the towels and sheets were clean and well cared for. But, without a doubt, what charmed us most was the friendliness of the couple who welcomed us. The lady, whose name I cannot remember, is a charming person and she welcomed us with typical regional hors d'oeuvres and a beautiful Chianti wine, which we really enjoyed. Although the hosts did not speak English, we managed to communicate even without knowing Italian very well. We were 7 people and 2 cars and did not even use all the available rooms. There is space to park the cars inside the gate of the house even though there is no covered garage. We had an amazing time at the house and the place is so pleasant that we were in doubt whether to walk to the famous Tuscan towns nearby or stay at home and enjoy it. On one of the nights we stayed at the property there was a strong wind that ended up dirtying the pool with branches and leaves.The next morning we went out for a walk and on our return the hosts had cleaned our pool, a kindness we remember. The house is really lovely, we spent some incredible days there and would highly recommend it to everyone! A very special place in Tuscany!

Wonderful Tuscan villa. We enjoyed 9 days at the beautiful house which is spacious and with a great pool.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at the villa and we would book again anytime. In total we were a group of 8 women and found everything we needed for the week. The bathrooms were very clean and there were enough towels for the bathroom + pool. The kitchen, with gas stove and oven, also has everything you need and we were able to cook for the group every night with no problems. I can recommend the accommodation to anyone-whether with a group of friends or family. The house + garden has a super arrangement with lots of common areas and spots to relax. The view from each of the bedrooms is painterly beautiful and I can well imagine booking the accommodation again. Likewise, the communication check-in and check-out was very easy, we had at any time contact persons and quick answers to queries. Thank you for the wonderful stay and see you very soon!

Das Haus, die Anlage und der Pool waren in einem guten Zustand in sehr ruhiger Lage, sehr abseits gelegen. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder wählen, auch wegen der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin.
Beautiful and private house
The house is located in a small village. The garden is amazingly beautiful and very private, there is a nice pool area with shades as well. In the house there are 3 bedrooms with bathrooms and 1 more in the annex building. We had a very good time enjoying all the beauty around us. There is a good restaurant nearby but for grociary shopping you need a car.
Tuscan family house
Nice Tuscan Family House in a Peaceful Little Village This is a nice 3 BR family house with a pretty garden and gorgeous pool level. It sits in a tiny village on a hill with a view over forests. The bedrooms have individual bathrooms, and the house is well-equipped. The town has very little in the way of amenities, but Monte San Savino is only about 15 minutes away and has plenty. We could not have enjoyed our stay more.
