Description
Il Poggiarone is a splendid stone farmhouse with typical Tuscan architecture, a true dive into our rural past, and has all the distinctive features of the time: the dovecote, the wooden beams of the ceilings and the typical terracotta floors. You will find it in a very panoramic position, and it will certainly be your ideal destination if you want a holiday among art, history and nature. It is close to the house where the owner lives, a sure reference point in case of need, and is part of a farm that extends over many hectares on the green and gentle hills of Montepulciano.
If you love good wine, you are in the right place to taste it, but also to learn about its production methods, from the vineyards to the cellars, and to discover its fascinating history that has been handed down for centuries. The territory of Montepulciano and its surroundings is universally known, both for the production of fine wines such as Brunello di Montalcino and Nobile di Montepulciano, and for the presence of many small but precious historical centres of distant and noble origins.
Montepulciano is perched on a hill a few kilometres from the villa. Considered the Pearl of the 16th century, with its palaces and churches it represents the highest expression of Renaissance architecture. You will instantly fall in love with its squares, palaces, rock-cut cellars and stone alleys and it will be the perfect destination for your evenings out, at the restaurant or simply strolling for an ice cream.
The apartment is entirely accessible by wheelchair, the outdoor spaces are equipped with table, chairs and barbecue for your meals “al fresco”, there are some children's games, but above all, at your complete disposal and for your private use you will have the splendid swimming pool (size 6 x 12 m -depth 1.50 - 1.80 m - open from 01st May to 30th September). Here, on hot summer days, you can enjoy moments of cool relaxation and in the evening you can gather by the pool for unforgettable evenings and aperitifs with friends.

HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Nice stay
Very nice, calm and romantic area. House kept in old fashioned design.
Perfect House
The house is perfect if you want to relax. Kitchen is big and the beds are comfy. Pool is very good and kept clean. You are immerse in the typical and beautiful Tuscan hills and the house is next to a sheep farm and a vineyard. Minor the flies and mosquitos there is nothing else bothering you. The owners are very kind and genuine. You are 15 minutes drive from Montepulciano for all the necessities and dinners out.
Stunning location
Stunning location and excellent proximity to beautiful Montepulciano and Vai d' Orcia wine country. If you enjoy a remote country location surrounded by real and authentic Tuscany, this place is for you. It is right next to a working sheep ranch where you can hear and witness the sounds and sights of this life.
Lovely place
Beautiful location, typical Tuscan house, beautifully situated. The price is adequate to the quality, if you are looking for luxuries you will not find them here, but everything necessary for daily life is there.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wunderschöne Unterkunft und Aussicht auf Montepulciano. Der Pool war an heißen Tagen toll und wir haben uns Wohlgefühlt. In der Küche war alles was man für ein komplettes Menü braucht.

Sono stato qui nel periodo invernale, non il migliore per godersi appieno il giardino ma la vista che si ha dalla villa è unica soprattutto di sera.
