Casa Cervognano, immersed in a splendid landscape made up of olive groves and rows of vineyards, is situated on a hill about 3 km from Montepulciano, a renowned village that embodies all the beauties for which Tuscany is famous throughout the world: history, art, nature, wine, extra virgin olive oil and genuine food.

The house, its position, the shape of the garden with the high hedge that surrounds it, offer privacy and intimacy. In the outdoor plot, in addition to a gazebo equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue, you will also find a beautiful swimming pool (size 8x4 m, depth 1.45 m - open from 19th April to 30th September) and a Jacuzzi (2 x 2 m - 4 seats), both for your exclusive use.
The tasteful furnishings, good quality finishes and facilities guarantee a comfortable holiday. Thanks to its easy accessibility, Casa Cervognano is also ideal for stays during the winter period and in particular during Christmas. The town of Montepulciano, animated with lights and colors, with its characteristic Christmas markets and Santa’s Castle, will immerse you in a very special atmosphere. Casa Cervognano is a wonderful destination for your perfect holiday in all seasons and your small size four-legged friends are also welcome (extra charge could be required).

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Heating Euro 1 per kwh (if used).
Air conditioning Euro 1 per kwh (if used).
Small size pets are welcome on payment of 7 each per day.
Tourist tax Euro 2 per person per day, children up to 12 years do not pay.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.

Un posto meraviglioso proprio quello che cercavo per una settimana di relax.

Posto splendido, pace assoluta e relax sono sicuramente i punti forti. Nulla da dire e assolutamente consigliato. Qualche fornitura in più non guasterebbe ma nulla di importante.
Lovely
Lovely quiet spot overlooking olive groves and vineyards (their wine is lovely). The location is down some unsurfaced tracks, but the owner and her daughter were waiting for us late at night to show us the way. They were extremely helpful. Montepulciano with its shops, cafes, restaurants and sights is only 10 mins away.

Résidence vacances parfaite ! Piscine, jacuzzi ! Petite maison très bien équipée, au milieu des vignes et des oliviers… calme absolu.
Wonderful
A wonderful place to relax in Tuscany!! Casa Cervognano is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, with lovely views of the countryside-you can't get much more Tuscan than this!! The house is small, snug and cosy and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is lovely and well-equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc and the owners left us some supplies (milk, coffe, tea, wine etc) which was a lovely surprise. They also have a range of wines available in the house, which you can pay for at the end of your stay. The garden area is well-kept and spacious and there's an outdoor BBQ. The pool and jacuzzi are just lovely. We had a problem with the jacuzzi and the owner came to sort it out straight away. Casa Cervognano is just 3km from Montepulciano and strategically situated for visiting local places of interest including Chiusi, Pienza and Lake Trasimeno. Due to a family crisis, we had to leave unexpectedly and Emanuela and her husband arrived immediately to let us check-out and were very kind. Casa Cervognano was ideal for us as a couple and we wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Splendido posto
Il posto è splendido, immerso nel verde e completamente isolato. La strada per raggiungere la casa è sterrata quindi non adatta a macchine sportive. La casa è ben dotata di comfort e la piscina è super. Zone esterne e vialetto di accesso illuminato automaticamente di notte. Accoglienza dei proprietari ineccepibile ed ottima assistenza. Bravi

Bellissima casa in posizione strategica per visitare la Val d’Orcia e la Val di Chiana, la piscina e soprattutto la jacuzzi rendono veramente il soggiorno indimenticabile.

No issues. Fantastic walk to the local town Montepulciano. The bed could be more comfy but overall very happy.
