Description
Casa Felice overlooks from a "hillock" in the hilly territory between the towns of Lucignano and Rigomagno, characteristic medieval villages between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena. Lucignano, one of the most characteristic village in the Valdichiana, with shops and services of all kinds, is easily reached on foot. The walk to the imposing elliptical walls of the small town is one of the things that our customers always tell us with enthusiasm. The olive trees, the small road on the hill that goes up and once in the village the characteristic cafés among the paved alleys, where you can always taste an ice cream or a glass of good Tuscan wine.
Casa Felice is the ideal place for families and groups of friends. In the large garden shaded by a huge centuries-old oak and olive trees there are the swimming pool (size 9x4 m. - depth 1,50 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September) the barbecue, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Here you will really escape from everyday life, to spend an uninterrupted time with family or friends. Your small four-legged friends are also welcome.
Casa Felice offers all the necessary features for a relaxing holiday tanks to the nice furniture and the many amenities inside the house. On the ground floor there is a rustic and cozy kitchen, with old pots and pans hanging on the wall, which contributes to make the rustic atmosphere of the villa even more authentic. Near the house there is a secondary road connecting the villages of Lucignano and Rigomagno.

GROUND FLOOR: wide living room with open fireplace and sofas, kitchen-dining room, bathroom with bath, laundry room, small bathroom with WC.
FIRST FLOOR: with entrance from internal staircase, five double bedrooms, bathroom with bath and bathroom with shower, connecting sitting room with panoramic balcony. From an external convenient staircase you can reach one of the bedrooms.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 250.
Heating Euro 7 per m3 (if used).
On request Sheets change Euro 5 per person.
On request Bath towels change Euro 5 per person.
Small size pets are allowed on payment of Euro 10 each per day.

HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Wir können die Villa jedem empfehlen!
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit Eltern, Oma, Bruder, Kleinkind und Hund in der Villa. Alle sind auf ihre Kosten gekommen. Es gab viel Platz und alles was man braucht. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und war immer in super Zustand. Der Garten ist riesig mit Schaukeln und mehreren Feige Bäume und Weinreben. Wir konnten unseren Hund hier super flitzen lassen, vor allem weil alles eingezäunt ist. Leider grenzt direkt an das Grundstück eine vielbefahrene Straße, sodass man von der Poolliege aus immer wieder den Verkehr hört. Das ist allerdings nur meckern auf hohen Niveau. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Villa nur empfehlen.
Bellissima vacanza!
Villa molto bella, collocata in una posizione tranquilla, vicina ai più bei borghi della val d'Orcia e a servizi essenziali (farmacia, supermercato...). Molto gentile e disponibile Irina, punto di riferimento durante il soggiorno. Consigliata a famiglie e gruppi di amici.
Beautiful house
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het zeer ruime huis en het fijne zwembad. Je kunt vanuit het huis in ca 10/15 minuten lopen naar het mooie stadje lucignano met leuke terrasjes, restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Steden als Arezzo en Siena zijn ook goed bereikbaar. Het is een prachtige omgeving. We waren erg blij met Irina die snel reageert op vragen en met haar vertaal app ging de communicatie vlekkeloos. ************ We enjoyed our stay in the very spacious house and the nice pool. You can walk from the house in about 10/15 minutes to the lovely town of Lucignano with nice terraces, restaurants and shops. Cities such as Arezzo and Siena are also easily accessible. It is a beautiful area. We were very happy with Irina who responds quickly to questions and with her translation app communication was flawless.
Perfect
My family stayed at Casa Felice for 3 weeks and it was perfect. The pool and view made it a relaxing holiday. Centrally located we took mini trips to Rome, Amalfi, Florence and Lucca. I would go back and rent again.
Wonderful stay at casa Felice
We just came back from a lovely stay at Casa Felice in April. The house managers were lovely and opened the pool early for us. It was too cold to use most of the time, but we had a couple pool days. The house is very clean, but very expensive to heat and in April we spent some nights very cold. Sadly the fireplace was not working. The house is a steep walk away to the town. We liked that! The house is set on a rough and pretty track off the main road. We had access to 2x baby chair and 2x travel crib and linen. The house will easily suit a big group. We spent 2.5 weeks here and our biggest group was 8 adults and 3 children who were under 3. I imagine in May, June and the whole Summer it’s perfect. We preferred the view of the hills from the pool. The house managers came to clean the pool regularly. There is extra expenses for linen changing: towels/ etc. plenty of places to park cars on the property. Over all a wonderful stay and we visited many local villages, and the mall.
A lovely place
Very large, clean well maintained home. Comfortable beds, many bathrooms, space for everyone. The caretakers, Irina and Lorenzo were very attentive to every request. We were a multigenerational group and this property was great for us. The only issue is that it is described as a “walk to town” property. This is true but the walk is very steep and slow in the hot Tuscan sun. We made great memories at Casa Felice.
A really good holiday
Lovely house, well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Limited bathrooms with only one full shower which can be challenging with 7 people The property is accessed via an unmade road the surface was very stony and uneven. Lucignano is a delightful hill top town a 10 minute walk from the villa. We would definitely return especially if the bathrooms were upgraded We all thoroughly enjoyed holiday
Fantastic
Wow... 2 weeks inside the “casa felice”... yoga and exercises every morning next to the pool looking out at the Val chianina....the house was exceptionally clean.. the beds comfortable.... the grounds outside well kept...I have to say a memorable 2 weeks that will be repeated next year...thank you..
