Beschreibung
Podere Capanne ist ein Teil eines alten Bauernhauses in den Hügeln mit Blick auf das charmante mittelalterliche Dorf Rigomagno und einen Großteil des weiten Chiana-Tals. Das Haus liegt in einer Landschaft, die hauptsächlich von Olivenbäumen bedeckt ist, die hier und da von kleinen Weinbergen und üppigen Eichenwäldern unterbrochen werden. Die alten Bauernhäuser, die sich immer in privilegierter Lage befinden, ragen aus der Vegetation heraus und vervollständigen eine natürliche Landschaft von seltener Schönheit. Eine Freude für die Augen, ein bezaubernder Ort für Ihren Urlaub.
Das Haus liegt am Rande eines großen Olivenhains von etwa 3 Hektar, der wie eine Wiese gepflegt wird, die von der Spitze des Hügels mit einer harmonischen Abfolge von natürlichen Terrassen langsam zu einer bewaldeten Schlucht abfällt.
Nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt und inmitten von Olivenbäumen befindet sich der komplett eingezäunte Swimmingpool (5x10 m - Tiefe 1,10-1,50 m - geöffnet vom 01. Mai bis 30. September), eine grüne Oase für Ihre Sommertage. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein großer, umzäunter Hof mit Tisch und Stühlen auf der schönen Veranda, wo Sie Grillspezialitäten und guten Wein aus der Region genießen können. Liegestühle, Sonnenliegen, Tischtennisplatte, Barbecue, 2 Fahrräder und ein schattiger Parkplatz sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Kleine Haustiere sind im Podere Capanne willkommen.
Podere Capanne ist ein alter Wohnsitz, der die Eigenschaften und die Atmosphäre vergangener Zeiten bewahrt hat. Es ist gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, und wir sind zuversichtlich, dass Sie einen komfortablen Urlaub in einer warmen und einladenden Umgebung verbringen werden. Ci siamo trovati molto bene! Il posto è veramente magnifico, panoramico e tranquillo, dove la privacy esiste sul serio. La piscina era una meraviglia, il giardino mantenuto molto bene dai proprietari anche durante il ns. soggiorno.
La casa molto spaziosa , curata e arredata con gusto, oltre a essere molto pulita. Molto apprezzata la doccia nella zona lavanderia.
Essendo in 3 adulti, ovvero io, mio marito e mia mamma, abbiamo altresì apprezzato che ci fosse una camera da letto a piano terra, con proprio bagno e salottino, nella quale ha dormito mia mamma, mentre noi eravamo nella camera al piano superiore, cosi tutti avevamo privacy sufficiente. I ns. 2 cagnolini sono stati felici di avere uno spazio bello grande da ispezionare tutti i gg. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e soprattutto disponibili con noi.
Torneremmo lì anche domani! Direi che il voto giusto è 10!

We had a great time! The place is truly magnificent, panoramic and peaceful, where privacy really exists. The swimming pool was a marvel, the garden maintained very well by the owners even during our stay. stay.
The house is very spacious, well-kept and tastefully furnished, as well as being very clean. The shower in the laundry area is very popular.
Being 3 adults, that is me, my husband and my mom, we also appreciated that there was a bedroom on the ground floor, with its own bathroom and sitting room, in which my mom slept, while we were in the upstairs room, so we all had enough privacy.
Our 2 dogs were happy to have a nice big space to inspect every day. The owners were very kind and above all helpful with us.
We would go back there again tomorrow! I would say 10!

Podere Capanne is a very nice house in a remote quiet environment; amazing pool area; very nice owners. Olive trees all around and hill’s view, just great. The pool is huge with appropriate depth, plenty of seating lounges chairs, shade and umbrellas. The house has very good mattresses, and nice decor. It is a remote location with super quiet environment yet a major shopping grocery area 10mn by car.

Swietna lokalizacja - dla tych co cenia sobie cisze, spokój i piekna przyrode. Niezwykle zadbana dzialka, piekne kwiaty i inne rosliny. Ponadstandardowe wyposazenie kuchni, dla tych co lubia gotowac. Sypialnie przytulne. Lazienki dosc skromne, ale bardzo czyste. Bardzo sympatyczni wlasciciele, milo bylo ich poznac i chwile porozmawiac. Jezeli cenisz cisze i spokój, lubisz gotowac, nie przeszkadza ci ze do najblizszego miasteczka jest kilka kilometrów - bedziesz zachwycony, tak jak my.

Great location - for those who appreciate peace, quiet and beautiful nature. Extremely well-kept plot, beautiful flowers and other plants. Above-standard kitchen equipment, for those who like to cook. Cosy bedrooms. Bathrooms quite modest, but very clean. Very friendly owners, it was nice to meet them and talk for a while. If you appreciate peace and quiet, like to cook, do not mind that the nearest town is a few kilometres away - you will be delighted, as we were.

La casa ti riporta a tempi antichi e alla semplicità, casa in pietra, dislocata in più livelli, come le classiche case dei nonni, ma dotata di tutto ciò che serve, non manca niente, pur mantenendo le sue origini.
Ha dei bellissimi spazi esterni, i tramonti sono da togliere il fiato, come anche il cielo stellato che si può vedere alla sera e gli scoiattoli che si arrampicano sugli alberi mentre fai colazione nel porticato.
La piscina ad uso esclusivo è spaziosa e ben tenuta.
I proprietari, Alessandro e Marzia, sono super disponibili, gentili e discreti, anche durante la manutenzione della piscina e del giardino, non ci si accorge della loro presenza.
Senza dimenticare le loro ottime qualità culinarie, ci hanno preparato una cena tipica toscana egregia.
La casa si trova in un punto strategico per poter visitare i dintorni: Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Pienza, Val D’Orcia, per citare quelle più vicine.
Ci siamo innamorati di questo posto, tanto che ci stiamo già muovendo per la prenotazione del prossimo anno.

The ideal place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life!
The house takes you back to ancient times and simplicity, a stone house, spread over several levels, like the classic grandparents' houses, but equipped with everything you need, nothing is missing, while maintaining its origins.
It has beautiful outdoor spaces, the sunsets are breathtaking, as well as the starry sky that can be seen in the evening and the squirrels climbing the trees while you have breakfast on the porch.
The swimming pool for exclusive use is spacious and well maintained.
The owners, Alessandro and Marzia, are super helpful, kind and discreet, even during the maintenance of the pool and the garden, you do not notice their presence.
Without forgetting their excellent culinary qualities, they prepared us an excellent typical Tuscan dinner.
The house is located in a strategic point to be able to visit the surroundings: Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Pienza, Val D’Orcia, to name the closest ones.
We fell in love with this place so much that we are already moving for next year's booking.
Siamo appena rientrati dalla nostra vacanza presso il Podere "Le Capanne" e già stiamo programmando il nostro ritorno in questo posto meraviglioso! La casa è proprio la casetta delle favole, circondata da un giardino immenso e visitata da scoiattoli e caprioli. E' corredata di tutto quanto possa essere utile durante il soggiorno. In giardino c'è un dondolo che si affaccia sul bosco circostante, dal quale abbiamo goduto degli incredibili tramonti e del silenzio che offre la casa. La piscina, ad uso esclusivo e completamente recintata, è in una zona appartata del giardino, il che la rende una vera oasi di relax. Il podere è, tuttavia. in una posizione favorevole per le visite nelle citta limitrofe, tutte bellissime. I proprietari sono delle persone squisite, mettono la loro casa a completa disposizione degli ospiti e si occupano della manutenzione di piscina e giardino in maniera molto discreta, sollevando le famiglie anche da queste piccole incombenze, in modo che possano godere a pieno delle loro vacanze. Gli animali sono davvero ben accetti e possono accedere a qualsiasi zona della casa e del giardino, persino nella zona della piscina (non possono fare il bagno per ovvi motivi, ma possono godere dell'ombra degli ulivi mentre i loro proprietari si divertono in acqua). Insomma, assolutamente una valutazione da 5 stelle... poche in realtà, rispetto all'esperienza rigenerante che abbiamo vissuto... Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo con tutto il cuore! We have just come back from our holiday at “Podere Capanne" and are starting to program our return in this wonderful place!
The house is just like a fairy tale, surrounded by a huge garden and visited by squirrels and roe deer. It is equipped with everything that can be useful during your stay. In the garden there is a swing overlooking the surrounding woods, from which we enjoyed the incredible sunsets and the silence that the house offers. The swimming pool, for exclusive use and completely fenced, is in a secluded area of ??the garden, which makes it a true oasis of relaxation. The farm is, however. in a favorable position for visits to neighboring cities, all beautiful. The owners are exquisite people, they put their house at the complete disposal of guests and take care of the maintenance of the pool and garden in a very discreet way, relieving families from these small tasks, so that they can fully enjoy their holidays. Pets are very welcome and can access any area of ??the house and garden, even in the pool area (they cannot swim for obvious reasons, but they can enjoy the shade of the olive trees while their owners have fun in the water) . In short, absolutely a 5-star rating ... few in reality, compared to the rejuvenating experience we lived ... We will definitely come back and recommend it with all our heart! La nostra vacanza alle Capanne è stata favolosa e confortevole. Le foto sul sito non rendono giustizia, perché è molto più bella e funzionale di quello che si mostra. È circondata da un giardino stupendo, curatissimo e super recintato assolutamente ideale per chi ha bambini. Si gode di una meravigliosa vista al tramonto sulla campagna toscana. Attorno c’è pace e silenzio; è sulla sommità di una collina dove si può godere del canto degli uccellini la mattina e dei grilli alla sera. Abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte in tranquillità, perché ci sono le zanzariere e la zona è sicura. La piscina viene pulita un giorno si e un giorno no dai proprietari, che arrivano e in Maniera molta discreta fanno la manutenzione. Ci sono sdraio, lettini, ombrelloni a volontà e doccia calda accanto. Attorno un giardino recintato con lavanda e splendida vista sull’uliveto. La piscina degrada offrendo una zona alta e una bassa, offrendo protezione ai bambini e consentire anche agli adulti di tuffarsi e nuotare. La casa ha tutte le comodità e tutto ció che serve e i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili per tutto. Vivere nella casa è piacevole perché curata nei dettagli. La casa si trova in una zona a brevissima distanza dal centro con tutte le comodità in un contesto spettacolare Che consente di raggiungere in tempo brevissimo tutte le principali attrazioni della zona.
Ein wirklich sch?nes Haus, welches durch eine eher abgelegene Zufahrtsstrasse erreicht werden konnte. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde das Haus und der Poolbereich gezeigt. Das Haus war von innen sehr sch?n, die sanit?ren Anlagen waren gut und alle Fenster waren mit Fliegengittern versehen. Der Poolbereich war sehr sch?n gehalten mit vielen Sitz- und Liegem?glichkeiten. Der Garten und die Terrasse luden ebenfalls zum Verweilen ein. Verwaltung und Agentur waren jederzeit erreichbar und der Service war sehr gut. Es war ein sehr sch?ner Urlaub den wir sehr genossen haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A beautiful villa and garden where you feel alone, well equipped, with a private pool in the heart of olive trees and singing crickets! The hosts are so nice, taking care of the pool and garden quietly in the early morning. We will for sure return to this place and recommend it to our friends!

Das Objekt liegt ziemlich einsam und ist von Olivenbäumen in der Nähe und Steineichenwäldern etwas weiter weg, umgeben. Es ist liebevoll und großzügig ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Verständigung: Italienisch-Englisch, temperamentvoll und laut! Sonst: Wunderbare ruhige Lage. Gestört nur durch einen ständig hungrigen, zugelaufenen jungen Kater. Wildschweinen durchpflügen nächtens das Gelände auf der Suche nach Schwertlilienwurzeln. Vereinzelt Hunde- und Rehbellen.
