Beschreibung
Palazzolo Alto ist eine schöne Villa am Rande des kleinen Dorfes Palazzuolo, das in der Gegend nördlich von Monte San Savino liegt. Es ist seit jeher die natürliche Grenze zwischen den Provinzen Arezzo und Siena, zwei der wichtigsten Städte der Toskana, gleich weit von der Villa entfernt und in ca. 30 Autominuten leicht zu erreichen. Außerdem, wenn Sie gerne Rad fahren oder Motorräder lieben, bietet die Straße, die Monte San Savino mit Siena verbindet, wunderschöne Aussichten und aufregende Panoramen.
Im Palazzolo Alto finden Sie einen großen, panoramareichen Garten. An heißen Sommertagen können Sie sich auf der Sonnenterrasse des privaten Swimmingpools (Größe 6x12 m, Tiefe 1,00-1,40 m, komplett eingezäunt - geöffnet vom 15. Mai bis 30. September) entspannen und ein erfrischendes Bad genießen. Der Grill vor der großen Veranda eignet sich hervorragend für köstliche Mahlzeiten mit Ihrer Familie oder Freunden, oder wenn Sie es vorziehen, können Sie ein gutes toskanisches Abendessen genießen, das von einem unserer Köche zubereitet wird. Die Villa ist geräumig und gut mit lokalen Antiquitäten eingerichtet.
Aber was Sie an dieser Villa am meisten beeindrucken wird, ist zweifellos das Panorama, das Sie vom Haus, vom Garten und auch vom Pool aus genießen können. Ein Blick, der natürliche Landschaften von intensiver Schönheit überblickt, von den Crete Senesi bis zu den Toren von Siena. Ein ganzes Tal, um das Auge zu befriedigen, blühende Weinberge, grüne Wälder, silberne Olivenbäume, kurzum, die Toskana von Ihrem Fenster aus!
Innenbeschreibung
Erdgeschoß: Küche mit Eßbereich und Kamin, Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Garten und den Bogengang der sich mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet zum Essen im Freien anbietet.
Sowohl über eine Naturstein-Außentreppe mit kl. Terrasse als über eine Innentreppe erreicht man den Ersten Stock: Wohnraum mit Kamin und Doppelschlafcouch, Doppelzimmer, Doppelzimmer mit Bad (Dusche), Zweibettzimmer mit Privatbad (Dusche), Bad mit Wanne.
In der nahegelegenen Dependance sind ein Zweibettzimmer und Bad mit kl. Wanne untergebracht. Die Dependance hat keine Heizung.

We easily found the house, which is located in a very quiet and uncrowded village called Palazzolo Alto. The house is located on a beautiful private property in a high region that offers incredible views of the surroundings. With a stone exterior and wooden windows, the house features beautiful traditional Tuscan architecture. Surrounded by a beautiful, well-kept garden with mown grass, flower pots and olive trees, the place is an invitation to relax and enjoy the landscape. Also in the garden, down a flight of steps is a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers, chairs and tables. Due to the low temperature we did not use the pool and that was a shame. The interior of the house is extremely spacious and comfortable and the house was clean and tidy. During our stay we were able to cook and wash clothes as the house was very well equipped and had everything we needed. On the second floor of the house, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the towels and sheets were clean and well cared for.
But, without a doubt, what charmed us most was the friendliness of the couple who welcomed us. The lady, whose name I cannot remember, is a charming person and she welcomed us with typical regional hors d'oeuvres and a beautiful Chianti wine, which we really enjoyed. Although the hosts did not speak English, we managed to communicate even without knowing Italian very well. We were 7 people and 2 cars and did not even use all the available rooms. There is space to park the cars inside the gate of the house even though there is no covered garage. We had an amazing time at the house and the place is so pleasant that we were in doubt whether to walk to the famous Tuscan towns nearby or stay at home and enjoy it. On one of the nights we stayed at the property there was a strong wind that ended up dirtying the pool with branches and leaves.The next morning we went out for a walk and on our return the hosts had cleaned our pool, a kindness we remember. The house is really lovely, we spent some incredible days there and would highly recommend it to everyone! A very special place in Tuscany!
Wonderful Tuscan villa. We enjoyed 9 days at the beautiful house which is spacious and with a great pool.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa and we would book again anytime. In total we were a group of 8 women and found everything we needed for the week. The bathrooms were very clean and there were enough towels for the bathroom + pool. The kitchen, with gas stove and oven, also has everything you need and we were able to cook for the group every night with no problems. I can recommend the accommodation to anyone-whether with a group of friends or family. The house + garden has a super arrangement with lots of common areas and spots to relax. The view from each of the bedrooms is painterly beautiful and I can well imagine booking the accommodation again. Likewise, the communication check-in and check-out was very easy, we had at any time contact persons and quick answers to queries. Thank you for the wonderful stay and see you very soon!
Everything went well. Good communication with host. Very nice house in lovely area. It was great time in an amazing place and with an amazing host.
The house is located in a small village. The garden is amazingly beautiful and very private, there is a nice pool area with shades as well. In the house there are 3 bedrooms with bathrooms and 1 more in the annex building. We had a very good time enjoying all the beauty around us. There is a good restaurant nearby but for grociary shopping you need a car.
Nice Tuscan Family House in a Peaceful Little Village This is a nice 3 BR family house with a pretty garden and gorgeous pool level. It sits in a tiny village on a hill with a view over forests. The bedrooms have individual bathrooms, and the house is well-equipped. The town has very little in the way of amenities, but Monte San Savino is only about 15 minutes away and has plenty. We could not have enjoyed our stay more.
Casa molto accogliente che ha confermato le nostre aspettative. La casa principale ha tre stanze da letto con bagno, una quarta stanza nella dependance che abbiamo preferito non utilizzare.

Palazzolo Alto was the perfect Villa for our family! Everything you needed in the kitchen, perfect outside eating area, pool overlooked the entire Tuscan Valley. The Tuscan winds would visit us in the evening and cooled the villa to a perfect sleeping temperature. One hour from Firenze, 25 minutes from Sienna and Arezzo. Great location to visit other villages. Quiet, secluded location. Monte San Sovino 15 minutes drive to get groceries .... We will be back!
