Casolare in pietra completamente indipendente e recintato, porticato esterno. Giardino attrezzato con tavolo, sedie, sdraio e splendida vista sul castello di Montecchio. Il paese di Castiglion Fiorentino dista soli 4 km.

Descrizione

La Torre è un bel casolare posto su di una collina coperta di oliveti, tra Castiglion Fiorentino e Cortona, in posizione panoramica. Rimarrete stregati dalla splendida vista sul castello di Montecchio, che si erge proprio davanti alle finestre della casa con le sue mura merlate e la sua maestosa torre.
La casa è soprattutto adatta, secondo noi, a chi ha il desiderio di rilassarsi godendo dei colori e dei ritmi della campagna Toscana.

Dal casolare sarete in grado di raggiungere i paesi di Castiglion Fiorentino e Cortona, in pochi minuti di auto. Le due località sono le cittadine più importanti della valle e in ogni stagione dell'anno, vi intratterranno con iniziative culturali e colorate manifestazioni folkloristiche.
Ogni sera sarà difficile scegliere se cenare a Cortona nella principale via di Rugapiana o in uno dei caratteristici vicoli, oppure se godersi una passeggiata per le vie lastricate attraverso Porta Fiorentina o Porta Romana a Castiglione.

Avrete a vostra disposizione un fresco giardino recintato, attrezzato con mobili da esterno ed ombreggiato dagli olivi, sicuramente il punto di forza della casetta. Qui sarà piacevole sostare nelle calde giornate estive per godere di un salutare refrigerio ammirando il castello ed il suggestivo panorama sottostante. Arredamento e rifiniture, il mobilio in arte povera curato e confortevole, vi accoglieranno in un’atmosfera calda ed ospitale.Anche i vostri animali di piccola taglia saranno qui i benvenuti.

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr ruhig Hilfreich wäre eine Wegbeschreibung im Ort, da das Ferienhaus bei Google maps nicht angezeigt wird

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig in den Olivenhainen. Die Aussicht auf den namengebenden Turm ist bei Sonnenuntergang fast schon zu kitschig schön. Es gibt im Haus keinen Internetzugang, was sehr zum Entspannen einlädt. Wer also eine digitale Auszeit braucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Luciano ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar zu Ostern eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit vorbeigebracht! Absolute Empfehlung, auch wenn ich's lieber für mich behalten würde ;)

Casa estremamente accogliente... Giardino ottimo per portare con sé un cane di piccola media taglia... Geograficamente ottimo posto per raggiungere lago Trasimeno, Perugia, val d'Orcia, Arezzo e Siena... Nulla da dire... consigliato.. .e ci torneremo se ne avremo la possibilità.

„Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Betten bzw. Matratzen waren hervorragend. Auch der Garten spendete trotz der Wärme genügend Schatten, durch die einzelnen Bäume. Für unseren Hund war dieser besonders perfekt.“

The villa is cosy and has everything you need, although the kitchen could be somewhat better well-equipped, and AC in the bedrooms could have spared us some mosquito bites :-) However, the garden with its outdoor dining area and hammock almost make it up for it. We loved staying here and would definitely come back!

Durch seine etwas abgelegene Lage ist das Ferienhaus La Torre ein sehr erholsamer Ulaubsort. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat ausreichend Platz. Cortona und Arezzo sind sehr leicht und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen und sehenswert.

Bär Alexander (Deutschland) - giugno 2014 Sehr ruhige Lage, mit wunderbarer Aussicht und schönen Blick auf die Burg! Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter! Ausflüge in die Umgebung sind lohnenswert! Etwas schlechte Zufahrt auf den letzten 100 Metern! Parken auf Grundstück wird mit größerem Kfz wie Kombi oder Bus schwierig! Kaffeemaschine fehlt, sollte vielleicht mitgebracht werden! Gartenmöbel sind etwas veraltet und nicht so ganz bequem! Für Mückenabwehr auf alle Fälle etwas mitbringen! Evtl. Kaffeemaschine, wer sich das Kaffee kochen etwas einfacher machen möchte! Eidechsen und auch mal kleine Skorpione können auftauchen, sind aber harmlos! Schöne Zeit, vor allem am Abend mit Blick auf beleuchtete Burg! Sehr gepflegtes Haus! Werden uns gerne an die Zeit erinnern!

D. Christian (BELGIUM) - luglio 2012 Dear all, We enjoyed a lot our journey in Italy, although the weather was not quite as it should have been, but this is none of your responsibility. The houses' descriptions are all right, both houses Tribolina & La Torre were top class, clean and cosy, well furnished and in perfect state. Bed accomodations were also all right. The only small problem was with electricity : we had brought a small coffee machine, and it the size of the plug was not the same. However a solution was found with the tenants. Both owners were very friendly and helpful, we encountered absolutely no problem. On the contrary, they were keen on giving advice and helping for anything we asked them. We would certainly go back to these houses. I am used to renting holiday accomodatins in France, and I must say you organization is as good and well oranized as what I know in other countries (France, Austria, Germany). Your friendliness and professionalism are to be praised : thank you. The only thing that should be improved is to give the telephone number of the owners before departure. So I would give a 9.5 mark to your services ! Have a good day ! Christian
