C'è qualcosa di speciale in questa bella proprietà situata sulle boscose colline che separano la valle della Chiana da quella dell'Arno, che per la sua posizione, gode anche di un facile accesso alle città di Arezzo, Firenze e Siena. Forse è il giardino curato e panoramico ombreggiato da alti pini e completamente recintato, la piscina privata (dimensioni 6 x 9 m. - profondità 1,20 m. - aperta dal 01 Maggio al 30 Settembre) o forse la vasca idromassaggio (6 posti - a pagamento) posta tra gli olivi...? Oppure, potrebbe essere l’idea stessa della villa di campagna, la sua posizione appartata ma non isolata, e la calda atmosfera creata all'interno con colori pastello e arredamento rustico in stile.
Qualunque cosa pensiate che sia, adorerete questa bella villa e sarà il luogo ideale per una vacanza in famiglia o anche con il vostro gruppo di amici. Anche i vostri amici a quattro zampe di piccola taglia, qui saranno ben accetti. C’è uno spazio esterno con giochi per bambini, un comodo porticato molto ben attrezzato con tavolo, sedie e barbecue per cene e grigliate in compagnia. Per i più sportivi, anche una piccola palestra per non perdere l’allenamento anche in vacanza.
Per le sue caratteristiche oggettive (ingressi indipendenti e tre cucine) questa proprietà è particolarmente indicata per ospitare più nuclei familiari che decidano di trascorrere insieme le loro vacanze, pur mantenendo ognuno la propria autonomia.
I proprietari, molto cortesi e cordiali, offrono un’accoglienza speciale facendo trovare all’arrivo un cesto di benvenuto con prodotti di prima necessità.

Meget sødt og elskeligt værtspar der dog ikke kan spor engelsk, hvorfor al kommunikation foregik via oversætningsapp på telefon - hvilket de til gengæld så også var gode til. Skønt hus, fantastisk swimmingpool, skønt grillområde - perfekt til den store familie. Superfin hjælp fra Lucrezia når vi skrev til hende, meget kort responstid. Da vi ankom var der kun 5 liggestole hvoraf 1 var defekt. Få timer efter vi havde skrevet dette til Lucrezia var værterne kontaktet - og kom dagen efter med 5 nye liggestole - og få dage efter yderlige 4 - så superfin service.

Very sweet and lovable host couple who do not track English, therefore all communication was done via translation app on the phone - which in turn they were good at. Great house, great swimming pool, great barbecue area - perfect for the big family. Super nice help from Lucrezia when we wrote to her, very short response time. When we arrived there were only 5 sun loungers of which 1 were defective. A few hours after we had written this to Lucrezia the hosts were contacted - and came the next day with 5 new sun loungers - and a few days after another 4 - so super nice service.
Vi hadde to vidunderlige uker i Villino Alba. Flott leilighet, nydelig utsikt, godt utstyrt, god plass, gode senger, masse moro i svømmebassenget. God forsyning med håndklær. Da vertinnen kom med ny forsyning etter en uke, hadde hun med seg en delig hjemmebakt eplekake; det satte vi stor pris på. Innsjekkingen var litt vanskelig, da verten ikke snakket engelsk. Kommunikasjonen med Lucretzia var grei; hun var hjelpsom og imøtekommende, responderte alltid raskt. På vegne av oss alle: Hjertelig takk!

We had two wonderful weeks in Villino Alba. Great apartment, lovely views, well equipped, plenty of space, good beds, lots of fun in the pool. Good supply of towels. When the hostess came with a new supply after a week, she brought a slice of homemade apple cake; we really appreciated that. Check-in was a little difficult as the host did not speak English. Communication with Lucretzia was straightforward; she was helpful and accommodating, always responding quickly. On behalf of all of us: Thank you very much!

Es handelt sich hier um ein großes, ruhig gelegenes Grundstück. Das Haus bietet genug Platz für 3 Familien und man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf Arezzo. Die Poollandschaft mit dem Jacuzzi war sehr ansprechend. Das ganze Grundstück ist umzäunt und man hat das ganze Haus/Grundstück für sich alleine. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
We hebben echt een fantastische vakantie gehad in Villino Alba. Supermooi huis, heel fijn zwembad met een spectaculair uitzicht over Arezzo. Zou het anderen zeker aanraden. Ook een hele mooie omgeving. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Villa splendida posizionata tra le tranquille colline di Arezzo (10min in macchina), con piscina panoramica e ampio giardino, il tutto mantenuto alla perfezione. Proprietari gentilissimi (ci hanno accolto con un enorme cesto di benvenuto, torta di mele e vinsanto) e sempre disponibili: davvero iper-ospitali. Insomma un posto incantevole dove divertirsi e riposarsi circondati da boschi e vigne. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Splendid villa located in the quiet hills of Arezzo (10min by car), with panoramic swimming pool and large garden, all perfectly maintained. Very kind owners (they welcomed us with a huge welcome basket, apple pie and vinsanto) and always available: really hyper-hospitable. In short, an enchanting place to have fun and relax surrounded by woods and vineyards. We will definitely be back!

Super schöne Ferienanlage mit tollem Ausblick!
Im Oktober tatsächlich auf dem Berg sehr kühl aber bei gutem Wetter einfach traumhaft.
Wir liebten den Jacuzzi und auch der Pool wär im Sommer sicher der Hammer!

Hervorragendes Ferienhaus/Villa mit Pool, Whirlpool und Aussicht auf die Stadt/Landschaft. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden von Gläser bis zur Spül-, Waschmaschine, Herd, insgesamt 3 Küchen, 3 getrennte Häuser (Haus 2 und drei mit einer verschließbaren Tür verbunden). Fas alleingelegenes Haus auf einem Hügel in der nähe von Arezzo. Die erste Anfahrt erwies sich als ein Erlebnis, da wir den falschen Weg genommen haben. Deshalb die Anfahrtsbeschreibung genau lesen, dann kommt man auch gleich an. Haben einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht. Tagesausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa, Rom, Chinque Terre sind durchaus möglich. Aber ebenso ist das Entspannen am Pool oder das Flanieren durch Arezzo eine schöne Abwechslung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben gerne Auskunft. Wir haben uns an einem Abend ausgesperrt, da sind sie sogar Nachts um halb 12 noch gekommen und haben uns aufgesperrt. Am Samstag haben Sie uns einen Kuchen und einen Likör vorbeigebracht - richtig nett von ihnen. Den Pool haben sie regelmäßig während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt. Zu Beginn stand ein Willkommenskorb mit verschiedenen regionalen Lebensmittel, Masken und Desinfektionsmittel zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Es gibt nichts einzuwenden. Wir verbringen dort definitiv wieder den Urlaub. Zum Schluss wollten wir noch ein Trinkgeld geben, welches Sie dankend abgelehnt haben und sie gesagt haben, wir sollen uns davon lieber etwas anderes auf unserem Heimweg kaufen. Das Ferienhaus sieht auch wirklich wie auf den Bildern aus. Es ist einfach wirklich 5 Sterne wert.

Beautiful house with the most amazing views. We were greeted by the hosts on arrival with local fruits basket. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we need for our stay. Plenty to see in Italy and a lovely family evenings with BBQ and hot tub. Thanks for the apple pie and the wine. We will be back very soon. Fantastic holiday.Lovely villa for a family holiday
Lovely and spacious villa in a peaceful surrounding on a hill near Battifolle village. The view to Arezzo is beautiful especially in nighttime with all the city lights. Because the villa is almos at the top of the hill, the road there is very narrow and of poor condition in few places. The villa is perfect for travelling with extended family or for sharing with friends, because it can be separated in to three different apartments all with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. We were travelling with a baby and a toddler and the villa had everything we needed (two highchairs, two cribs and a potty). There was even a small play area with a baby swing, slide and a wendy house on the yard. The pool was nice and there were many water toys for kids to play with. The owners Lidia and Armando were very nice and everything went smoothly even tough we didn't have a common language. They had left us a big fruit basket, bottle of their own wine and water bottles on arrival. One member of our party had a birthday during our stay and we were surprised with an applepie and a bottle grappa. Lovely altogether :)Altre strutture che possono interessarti
