Among the most appreciated breeds is the Lagotto Romagnolo, considered the best truffle dog in the world for its genetics, aptitude, and olfactory sensitivity. This Italian breed, affectionate and cooperative by nature, has an extraordinarily keen nose and a natural talent for underground search.
Alongside the Lagotto, mixed-breed dogs and breeds such as the Springer Spaniel, Pointer, Bracco Italiano, and Jack Russell Terrier can also excel thanks to their energy, intelligence, and determination.
