Description
Villa Pozzonovo is a characteristic stone farmhouse, divided into three comfortable apartments, each of which has an independent entrance. In the garden there are areas equipped with a table, chairs, umbrellas and barbecue, perfect for relaxing days in the open air or for your dinners under the stars.
It can accommodate groups of up to 8 people, perfect both for 3 families wishing to spend their holidays together, while maintaining their own autonomy, and for groups of friends travelling together.
You will find Villa Pozzonovo immersed in the tranquillity of the Valdichiana countryside, but at the same time close to the village of Castiglion Fiorentino (1.5 km), which you can easily reach on foot. From the railway station in Castiglion Fiorentino you can leave for day trips to Florence, Rome, Perugia and other art cities in central Italy.
In the village you will find every kind of service you need. There are typical restaurants not to be missed, shops and supermarkets for your daily shopping.
The stone walls, wooden and brick ceilings, and simple but comfortable furnishings give these apartments a warm, cosy and special charm and you will immediately feel at home.
At your disposal, the 6 x 12 m swimming pool (depth 0.90-1.40 m - open from 01 May to 30 September) located in front of the house and occasionally used also by the owner, the badminton court, table tennis and bowling green.

IL CILIEGIO - Ground floor apartment composed of living-dining room with kitchenette where you can eat all together, sofa and open fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
IL SUSINO - First floor apartment reached by an outside staircase. Sitting/dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
IL PESCO - First floor apartment. Sitting/dining room with kitchenette, open fireplace and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
An entire villa to ourselves
Well we booked 3 apartments and then turned out we had the entire villa to ourselves: pool, bbq, hammocks, garden and all! We were attending a festival so this was perfect as it was a 15 min. walk from Castiglion Fiorentino.
Bella posizione in campagna
Villa Pozzonovo è in una bella posizione in campagna, con un giardino a dir poco incantevole e curato in ogni dettaglio, una piscina grande e perfettamente tenuta e molti spazi esterni attrezzati molto vivibili sia di giorno che di sera. Gli appartamenti sono funzionali e silenziosissimi, non freschissimi ma abbiamo soggiornato a metà agosto in pieno Lucifero. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre pronti per ogni nostra esigenza.
Location fantastica!
Abbiamo soggiornato in sei più una bimba e siamo stati benissimo. La location è composta da tre appartamenti distinti e lo spazio esterno è enorme. Location fantastica!
Esperienza da ripetere
Rita (e Perla...), la proprietaria, è stata molto accogliente, cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Lo spazio esterno è molto confortevole; piscina, barbecue, tavolo da ping pong, prato, amache in una piccola pineta e tavolo per mangiare in 6-8 (al riparo dal sole). Le zanzare sono molte e il piccolo stagno purtroppo contribuisce. Gli interni sono essenziali e confortevoli hanno però alcune piccole lacune: mancanza di condizionatori o ventilatori, zanzariere in alcuni casi non propriamente coprenti e in altri mancanti. Inoltre 2 dei 3 appartamenti sono adiacenti la strada che, anche se poco frequentata, può disturbare il sonno dei più sensibili. Ottima esperienza da ripetere (durante il periodo estivo possibilmente con adeguati mezzi di aerazione).
