Description
Villa Cappuccini is a beautiful villa situated about 1 km from the characteristic medieval village of Castiglion Fiorentino, it is not always necessary to use the car to get around, but you can take a short walk to the village to get a cappuccino, an ice cream or dine in one of the typical restaurants.
All around the house there is a large garden of about 6.000 m2 partially fenced in where it will be exciting to organize delicious barbecues in the cool gazebo furnished with table and chairs, adjacent to the beautiful fenced swimming pool (size 5x10 m - depth 1,40 - 2,00 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) and a large solarium equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas. At the edge of the garden, protected by a high hedge, is the house where lives the owner who, with his discreet presence, will be a point of reference for any needs or information.
Villa Cappuccini is the perfect union between modern and classic style, which well mixed make the villa extremely welcoming and charming, almost every room is characterized by handmade paintings and antique furniture. The presence of two kitchens makes the villa very flexible to the needs of several families and groups of friends, who can also organize fun tournaments at the table tennis. Your small four-legged friends are also welcome.

FIRST FLOOR: with access through internal staircase, wide living-room with fireplace, sofas and TV, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Large panoramic balcony with view on the village of Castiglion Fiorentino equipped with sunbeds and sun umbrellas.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 500 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the appropriate centers that are located a few kilometers away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 250.
Heating Euro 2 per m3 (if used).
Pets allowed on payment of Euro 5 each per day (small size only).
Air conditioning in the bedrooms Euro 0,70 per kwh (if used).
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 per 100 kg (if used).
Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 7 days only, children up to 14 years do not pay.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Great experience!
We had a family reunion at Villa Cappuccini to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary and our 75th birthdays. We were joined by our siblings and a niece and her husband and son from Norway. It was the perfect house for the 10 of us. Plenty of spaces to sit and talk, to eat, and to get away for some private time. The villa was very clean and we loved being there. The pool was an added bonus to our enjoyment. The booking was easy and our host was helpful and friendly. We gave our experience a 10 out of 10. Bob
A Grand Villa
Villa Cappuccini is a grand Villa, it is beautiful and has a large garden with an outdoor swimming pool that maintains the right water temperature for swimming. Although the villa was built decades ago, the owners have maintained the various bedrooms, living room, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, etc. including traditional furniture well. Because the villa is located on the outskirts of the town of Castiglion Fiorentino in the Toscana area, it is very quiet. The hillside town centre and 2 large supermarkets are just a few minutes drive away, and there is easy access to other villages and towns in Toscana. A special note is that the landlord is genuinely welcoming to his tenants and did his best to answer and help us with our enquiries and requests, we had a great experience staying here for 5 days and would highly recommend staying at Villa Cappuccini to groups of multiple people travelling to the Toscana area for activities!

Outstanding!
We stayed in the Villa three weeks and absolutely loved everything about it. Beautifully furnished and decorated, spacious and very clean, this property is so lovely. The spacious grounds are private and well-cared for, the pool is a dream with lots of chaises and umbrellas, and there are many separate areas for a group of 14 to gather or find solitude. We give high praise and appreciation to the knowledgeable owner who was always willing to provide attention but who respected our privacy. Highest marks!
Better than expected
We had high expectations for the villa from the photos, description, and all our research, and it's not often that you turn up and find those expectations exceeded, but they were. The size, space and privacy we were offered was second to none, an almost too relaxing venue for adults and kids alike. Service and support was exactly as needed and no issues in the slightest to report, will strongly consider returning again.

It had enough rooms, bathrooms and space for all of us to feel that we had the space we needed. The pool was wonderful, as was the lawn, the gazebo and the ping pong table. My family loved it! Sergio, the owner and caretaker, was wonderful. He was there when we needed him but otherwise was extremely respectful of our privacy. I would recommend the villa and your company highly.
