Description

Palazzolo is a beautiful stone manor house, found on the edge of the tiny village of Palazzuolo. The small hamlet, built during the Middle Ages on ancient Etruscan and Romanesque ruins, is situated in the wooded hills north of Monte San Savino, and has always been a natural border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, both of which are easily reached by car, even for a day trip.
In Monte San Savino you will find shops, typical restaurants and large supermarkets. Don't forget to visit its historical centre with its Renaissance feeling, we are sure you will be bewitched.

You will have at your disposal a large, green, completely enclosed garden, which on three sides surrounds the house, but which above all dominates the valley below.  From here the view sweeps freely over natural landscapes of intense beauty, and your gaze will wander over the wooded hills of the valley, over the boundless territory of the Crete Senesi, reaching, on a clear day, as far as the gates of Siena.
On a natural terrace, down a practical iron staircase you will find the swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.00-1.40 m, fully fenced - open from 15 May to 30 September) for your exclusive use.

The highlight of the villa is that you find it overlooking a breathtaking panorama. Green vineyards, silvery olive groves and expanses of cultivated fields fade into the distance. A myriad of colours, depending on the season, will give you a view you cannot miss every day.
Besides the fantastic panorama, in our opinion another of the highlights of the villa, furnished in rustic Tuscan style, is the outside porch. Spacious, well-equipped and echoing the arches on the façade, it will be a perfect refuge on sunny days and an excellent location for your dinners or barbecues with friends. A barbecue, parking space inside the property and laundry room are also at your disposal.
