Description
The agriturismo (farmhouse) La Casetta nel Bosco, divided into two independent units, is part of a farm including olive groves, woods, crops, a splendid horse riding school and a small horse and pony farm. It is situated just a few kilometers from the towns of Sinalunga and Trequanda, set in a hilly area of unspoiled woodland, rows of vines and olive trees sloping down to the Valdichiana, an area renowned for its wine, olive oil and Chianina beef, making it an ideal destination for lovers of Tuscan’s good food and good wine.
In the large, completely fenced garden there are various corners for relaxing, reading or entertaining yourself. Small but precious spaces in the olive grove or in the little wood, where you can comfortably enjoy a bottle of wine, or eat outside on summer evenings. The private swimming pool (size mt. 14x6, depth mt. 1,00-2,40) is finished off with a refreshing waterfall that will be fun for your children, and also has bathrooms and changing rooms available. A small vegetable garden where you can pick your own fresh seasonal vegetables will give you the opportunity to put red tomatoes and green salad on the table every day.
The Agriturismo for its division into 2 independent units is ideal for families with children, as well as also for couples of friends. The villa seems to be enclosed within a fairy tale, also equipped with air conditioning, it will be the perfect place to take a break from everyday life. If you need to rest, to get away from the daily hustle and bustle, this corner of paradise in the Tuscan hills is for you. A place of rare beauty and complete tranquility, just a few steps away from history and traditions, is waiting for you!
For horse lovers, there is also an equestrian center on the property with the possibility of horse riding in the surrounding hills, both for beginners and more experienced riders.

The villa is divided into two separate units with independent entrances.
The first unit is composed on GROUND FLOOR by entrance from external porch on living-dining room with fireplace and kitchen corner, double bedroom and bathroom with Jacuzzi shower.
FIRST FLOOR: with access through wooden, internal staircase, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.
The second unit is composed on GROUND FLOOR by entrance from external porch on living-dining room with fireplace, double sofa bed and kitchen corner, double bedroom and bathroom with Jacuzzi shower.

HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Great place!
Great place for a group of 8 stay. Facilities good, great pool and easy access to Sinalunga station for trips to Siena and Florence. Had a great in-house italian cooking lesson with Erika whose family looked after us well. Plenty to do with beautiful towns, restaurants and wineries in easy driving distance. Car required as villa is 5 kms out of Sinalunga.
Great house
Great house for our group of 7, although we only found out when we arrived that it was two flats rather than one big house. The house was very clean and well equipped. The garden was stunning with pool and many seating areas.

Ci torneremo in estate. Abbiamo prenotato subito l’ultimo giorno di permanenza. Basterebbero queste poche parole per descrivere la nostra esperienza. Villa immersa nel bosco. Quiete e relax a livelli record. Contatto con la natura al top. Ideale per chi deve purificarsi dalla vita frenetica di città. Ideale per chi svolge lavori particolarmente stressanti. Ideale per tutti. Famiglie, coppie e gruppi. Meravigliosa esperienza che ripeteremo.
Amazing accomodation
We were surprised by the amazing accommodation and huge area, just for us. Two perfect locations for families. Two separate apartments each for family of four. The Host put a lot of attention to keep the amazing swimming pool always clear. We felt comfortable and secured just like at home. Even our Teens really appreciate the place. Location is great. It is so close to small , however wonderful small cities and villages. You can stay in Lucrezia's house and just relax or you can relax and explore the Tosconia. This is the first time we all confirm it is perfect location.

Erika and family were so kind and helpful They helped us research and book a fantastic restaurant for my sons rehearsal dinner. The villa was clean and so peaceful And they respected our space yet were so kind with any interactions Booking was accurate easy and affordable We only wish we could have stayed longer After the wedding.... We will be back..... I can’t say enough regarding this positive experience Thank you so much for making our time in Italy so nice
Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum
Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum, in der weitläufigen Anlage gibt es viele schöne Ecken zum Verweilen. Die Besitzerin Erika und ihr Vater waren immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Zudem wurde man immer wieder mit ein paar selbst gemachten Leckereien überrascht, das hat uns sehr gefreut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der wunderschöne Pool, der nicht nur die richtige Länge, sondern auch Tiefe hat. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und es gibt viele Plätze zum Sitzen, je nach Tageszeit. Perfekt für zwei Familien, da sich das Haus in zwei gleiche aber abgetrennte Einheiten aufteilt. Sehr zu empfehlen !!!!
