Villa with private pool situated in a panoramic position in the green hills on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, a few kilometers from Cortona. Restaurant and minimarket within walking distance.
Description
Villa Francesca is a beautiful villa situated in a panoramic position in the green hills on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, a few kilometers from Cortona. With a walk of approx. 1 km you can reach a restaurant and a minimarket where you can buy basic food.
Its central position will allow you to alternate days of visits to the famous art cities such as Arezzo, Siena and Perugia with relaxing days by the swimming pool (size 6x12 - depth 1,30 - 2,30 m.) and in the evening you can indulge yourself thanks to the barbecue and the wood-burning oven with delicious grills and pizzas to be enjoyed with a good glass of wine.
All around the villa there is a large, completely fenced, garden (about 1.500 m2) perfect for your four-legged friends and surrounded by olive trees where you can relax on the sunbeds by the pool or in the hammock, reading a good book and admiring the view. Families with children as well as couples of friends have been very happy in this villa, also thanks to the comfortable and good furnishing. The villa is air-conditioned and also equipped with a table tennis.
Interior description
GROUND FLOOR: large veranda with windows that you can open, equipped with a table, chairs and sofa, kitchen, large double bedroom with sitting area, and also an independent entrance, bathroom with shower, sitting room with double sofa bed and bathroom with shower.
ATTIC (height from 1.60 to 2.40 m.) With access from the kitchen by a wooden staircase, double bedroom, twin bedroom (not possible to make double) and bathroom with shower.

The accomodation was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 people, and we had a very nice time in Tuscany.
For any problems we were able to call the friendly owner of the holiday villa by phone.
In addition there were several supermarkets available in Cortona, 10 minutes by car.
The villa is definitively ideal for them who like to cook with a pizza oven.
