Description
On the wooded hills north of Monte San Savino, which has always been a natural border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, in a very panoramic and peaceful position, you will find Agriturismo Bevignano, whose origins date back to 1600 when it was the site of a Monastery, as evidenced by the presence of a charming little church. This ancient hamlet still preserves its architectural features and will be your ideal destination if your wish is to spend a holiday in contact with nature while rediscovering the simplicity of country life.
The property consists of two stone farmhouses. In the main farmhouse you will find the apartments Casa Vana and Casa Linda and the owners' house, while in the other farmhouse you will find Casa Ghigo and Casa Gesuina. Between the two buildings are the swimming pool and tennis court, both for your exclusive use. Each apartment has an independent entrance and an outdoor area equipped for your “al fresco”dining. By renting all the apartments (groups of up to 15 people) you will benefit from the privacy and independence of a single house. To be able to get together, the Casa Vana flat is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat together.
Around the property you can enjoy the wonder of 70 hectares of green wood where you can take long, relaxing walks. Also framing the small hamlet are 1,200 olive trees, thanks to which the owners produce an excellent organic extra virgin olive oil that you can taste and buy on the farm. It has always been very important to the owners to keep the origins and traditions of the place intact and they have chosen sober and essential finishes and furnishings, combining them with the comforts of modern life.
The swimming pool (size 7x14 m. - depth 1.00-2.50 m. - open from 1st May to 30 September), the tennis court, the table tennis, the barbecue, the wood-burning oven, a laundry service and Wi-Fi internet access (available on request at the house and in the owner's garden), will be at your complete disposal. Even your small four-legged friends will be welcome.
You will find the village of Monte San Savino with shops, typical Tuscan restaurants that we highly recommend, and supermarkets about 10 km away. Throughout your holiday you will also benefit from the assistance of the owners, a very discreet but valuable presence, also in English and French.
Interior description
The property is divided into two farmhouses.
Main farmhouse:
CASA VANA - First floor apartment with entrance from external stone staircase and typical small loggia. Wide living-dining room with fireplace, kitchen, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath, connecting room with twin beds, twin bedroom, bathroom with bath.
CASA LINDA - Mezzanine apartment (2 steps) composed of living-dining room with kitchen corner and fireplace, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
Annex:
CASA GHIGO - Mezzanine apartment (4 steps), small kitchen, living-dining room, twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath. Panoramic balcony furnished with table and chairs.
CASA GESUINA - Ground floor apartment composed of living-dining room, small kitchen, twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath. The rooms are connected with each other through two or three steps.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 600 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 200.
Heating: Casa Ghigo and Casa Gesuina Euro 15 per day per apartment, Casa Linda Euro 10 per day (if used).
Small size pets allowed on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Swimming towels on request Euro 3 each (if used).
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day applied for the first 5 days only. Children up to 14 years do not pay.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.

Beautiful place nestled in the middle of the green Tuscan hills near Monte San Savino. Green outdoor spaces, private tennis court at disposal and large swimming pool, all perfect for a big group. We would be very happy to be back one day!
Ein traumhafter Ort!
Ein traumhafter Ort, in Panoramalage inmitten von Hügeln und Wäldern. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, wir waren eine große Gruppe von Freunden und wir konnten den Tennisplatz und das schöne Schwimmbad nutzen. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns das Gefühl, sehr willkommen zu sein!
