Il Canaiolo is part of a working farm producing extra virgin olive oil and wine: genuine local products that you can taste and purchase directly on site. On the ground floor of the villa, you will find the wine cellar, an authentic setting where you can experience the traditions of Tuscan winemaking up close. If you stay during the harvest season (September/October), you will have the opportunity to see what happens after the grapes are picked and discover the early stages of the winemaking process, experiencing the genuine atmosphere of life in the Tuscan countryside.
