Description
Casa Rolu is a typical stone and brick villa, adjacent to the owners' house. You will find a warm and welcoming atmosphere here, the house is in fact finished with wooden beams and terracotta floors in the tradition of old farmhouses. You will find it on the outskirts of the small village of Ciggiano, just 6 km from Monte San Savino, immersed in the enchanting scenery typical of the Tuscan countryside between wooded hills and cultivated fields, a relaxing and harmonious landscape that will be the setting for your holidays.
Monte San Savino is an ancient hamlet that still retains its architectural characteristics. You can admire a well-preserved town wall, countless Medieval and Renaissance buildings, making it a place full of charm and history. Various cultural and gastronomic events take place here throughout the year.
In Monte San Savino you will find shops, typical restaurants and services of all kinds. It will be pleasant to spend lazy summer days here, typical of small towns in the Tuscan countryside, or evenings dining out in the excellent trattorias and pizzerias. The small hamlet of Ciggiano, on the other hand, where you will find a grocery shop and pharmacy, can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
At Casa Rolu you have at your complete disposal a well-kept and cosy garden, parking space inside the property and a furnished porch for outdoor dining. The house, furnished and finished with love by the owners, is equipped with Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV, alarm system, barbecue and wood-burning oven. We are sure it will be a perfect place where you will spend a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The house, due to its strategic position, is also ideal as a starting point to easily visit the major centres of Tuscany and nearby Umbria.
Interior description
GROUND FLOOR: with access through equipped porch reachable through some steps, wide living-dining room with sofa, Satellite TV and kitchen corner, balcony with direct access to the garden. Small bathroom with WC, washbasin and bidet.
FIRST FLOOR: accessible through internal staircase, two double bedrooms one of which with panoramic balcony, twin bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower. From the ground floor living room access, via internal staircase, to the basement where there are a large living room with sofas and Tv, wood burning oven, a laundry and a bathroom with shower.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the appropriate centers that are located a few kilometers away.
Heating Euro 2 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Change of sheets (on request) Euro 5 per person.
Change of towels (on request) Euro 5 per person.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.

Tutto perfetto, di notte aria fresca a volontà e senza zanzare grazie alle zanzariere. Luogo centrale per andare a visitare le località turistiche.
Assolutamente consigliato
Appartamento meraviglioso, ampi spazi, dotato di tutto, pulito e ordinato. La casa è silenziosa, immersa nel verde, vista meravigliosa, bellissimo portico per pranzare all'aperto. Tranquillità e relax sono assicurati. A pochi chilometri dai servizi, facilmente raggiungibile. Soluzione ideale anche per ospitare persone di più nuclei familiari visto che sono disponibili due bagni con doccia e anche un bagno di servizio. Proprietari accoglienti e disponibili. Un graditissimo soggiorno, assolutamente consigliato!
Alles gut
Ein sehr großes Haus mit viel Platz, genügend Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Die Ausstattung der neuwertigen Küche ist zweckmäßig, es fehlen noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Wasserkocher, ordentliche Kochutensilien). Die Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand - das Bad im OG hat kleine Mackel (Badewannenverkleidung, Dusche nicht ganz dicht). Es haben uns Gartenmöbel (Liegen) gefehlt - es wäre schön, wenn der Vermieter diese zur Verfügung gestellt hätte. Die W-Lan Verbindung im Haus hat Zeitweise leider nicht immer funktioniert.

La casa è molto spaziosa e accogliente in tutti i suo dettagli: camere spaziose, bagni nuovi e puliti (c'è anche la vasca idromassaggio). I proprietari molto gentili e simpatici.

We can recommend Casa Rolu very much. Everything was fantastic: started from the wonderful owner family, which offered us a very great welcome and guest gifts, we never have experienced like this. Many thanks to Enza and her husband for the vegetables, fruit, eggs.... And for the nice conversations !!! We felt very comfortable in their neighborhood. Casa Rolu is like a small castle: the size, the furnishings, the ground floor with a mosaic floor (the favourite place from our dog), the bedroom with bed linen, the bathroom with towels, golden taps and a whirlpool, the stone spiral staircase with the great window, the terrace with the beautiful view, the kitchen where everything was available, the washing machine, Wlan and so many more small nice details in this wonderful large house. And it’s also to mention that Casa Rolu is in a very beautiful area in Tuscany with many huge sunflower fields. Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Cortona, Perugia, Assisi and the Trasimeno Lake are easy to reach. Also a trip to Rome is possible in one day. Many greetings to Enza and her family.
