Description
Set among green hills and fertile cultivated fields, not far from Monte San Savino, Casa Antica is a stone farmhouse immersed in the enchanting scenery of the Tuscan countryside. From here you can venture out on countless walks among sunflowers and ears of corn, enjoying the wonderful colours of the fields and woods.
Monte San Savino is an ancient village that still retains its architectural features. The town walls and the numerous medieval and renaissance buildings make it a place full of charm and equipped at the same time with shops, typical restaurants and modern services of all kinds. It will be a pleasant location for your summer evenings in the company of friends and a good glass of wine. Small size pets are here welcome.
Casa Antica has been recognised as a historic building by the cultural heritage. If you decide to spend your holidays here you will breathe the warm and welcoming atmosphere of times gone by. The recent renovation has kept the original features unaltered, using old materials and stylish furniture.
The house has a well-kept outdoor area with a paved and shaded space equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue to enjoy the restful view of the countryside and savour your barbecue at lunch or dinner. You will spend most of your time here when at home, and then move easily to nearby towns and cities where you can spend memorable days, among art, history and traditions.
Casa Antica is part of a farm that produces excellent wine, “vinsanto” and extra virgin olive oil that you can taste and buy directly on site.
Interior description
FIRST FLOOR: with access through external stone staircase, kitchen-dining room with fireplace, double bedroom, sitting room with double sofa bed, wide bathroom with shower and bath. From the sitting room access to a connecting double bedroom, to a bathroom with shower and to a single bedroom with French-window.
On ground floor a laundry room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board and clothes rack.

Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.

Obligatory final cleaning Euro 70.
Heating Euro 7 per m3 (if used).
Small size pets are allowed on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 per 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day applied for the first 5 days only. Children up to 14 years do not pay.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
A perfect and warm (welcome) home
We, family, three kids (4,9,10), stayed in this wonderful place during two weeks in August 2019. At our arrival we received a bottle of home made excellent red wine and a bottle of olive oil. This house was exactly what we've been looking for; spacious, quiet, five beds, excellent quality bed linnen, two bathrooms and a well equiped kitchen (with dishwasher). Maria (the owner) is a warm and wonderful person. Together with her daughter Laura she turned our holiday into a period to relax and enjoy the Italian way of living. We received "home made" fresh tomatoes, melons, onions and eggplant....WOW! And even when we had to visit a doctor Maria and her daughter helped us out, such a great hospitality! Beautiful house, perfect for a family holiday
Beautiful house, surrounded by scenic fields of sunflowers. Great location, right in the heart of Tuscany, the perfect starting point for exploring the Tuscany itself but also the adjacent regions - Perugia and Assisi are within an hour's drive. Additionally delectable hosts who offered us delicious, homemade olive and wine as a welcome gift and then daily provided us with tomatoes and melons from their own garden. For us, it's the ideal place for a family holiday.
Perfect
Everything was perfect. The house is spacious and clean and offers all comforts. Maria and Laura were so lovely to us. They provided us fresh tomatoes, zucchini, onions nearly every day. We did daily trips to Arezzo, Assisi, Siena, Florenz and Montepulciano. All spots are located in short or middle short distance. We really like to come back and can recommend the accommodation for a family who likes a quiet vacation in a simply beautiful landscape.
Nice stay
Hello All. We were in the region of Tuscany and stayed in Monte San Savino (Arezzo), in Casa Antica. The region of Arezzo is simply wonderful, made up of small medieval towns, are so wonderful that we were in doubt where to visit, due to our limited time in the region. We visited Monte San Savino is a small medieval town, just beautiful. It was also the Luctiano village is approx. 10 Km from the house Antica, another jewel of humanity. Cities of Montaltino and Montepulciano also can not be forgotten, wines and culinary are generally fantastic. Casa Antica where we stayed is fantastic, very welcoming and comfortable. We plan to return to Tuscany and stay longer in this region. We were a group of 5 people, we are from Brazil. Nice stay there at all.

Bellissimo casale immerso nella natura toscana dove regna la tranquillità. Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza dalla signora Maria e da sua figlia che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio e hanno risposto prontamente alle nostre richieste di informazioni. Casa pulitissima e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Si trova abbastanza vicino ai paesini più belli della Toscana come Siena, Arezzo, Pienza e Montepulciano. Se cercate un luogo strategico per visitare la Toscana e contemporaneamente un posto dove potervi rilassare Casa Antica è il posto giusto!

Casa Antica è veramente un posto accogliente dove soggiornare, noi eravamo in 7 e siamo stati comodi, gli ambienti sono tutti spaziosi, soprattutto la cucina, molto bella e fornita di tutto, il casale è tenuto bene e pulito, la proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile, spero proprio di tornare presto, devo ancora vedere tante località interessanti.
