Description

The Agriturismo I Grandi di Toscana is a typical Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by olive groves and vineyards in the heart of the Valdichiana, about 20 km away from Arezzo and 5 km from Monte San Savino. The property includes 62 hectares, is located in a panoramic and quiet position, and offers to our guests 2 houses where there are a total of 8 elegant apartments and 2 suites with private bathroom, for a total of 33 beds. Each apartment has a private outdoor space furnished with a table and chairs, where you can spend relaxing evenings with friends, drinking a good glass of wine.

The Agriturismo I Grandi di Toscana ‘s facilities, for the guests entertainment, are a beautiful infinity swimming pool with salt water (size 6x12 m - depth 1,20 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September), a tennis court with synthetic grass, a SPA with sauna for four persons and Hidromassage bath for four persons (on request on payment)  and various trekking trails.

Also on request you can have breakfast in the common room of the farmhouse (extra charge)

Moreover inside the property we find the "San Ferdinando" winery where excellent wine and DOCG extra virgin olive oil is produced. Both of them can be tasted and bought at the farm.

Apartment on two levels. GROUND FLOOR: entrance to living-dining room with kitchen corner, sofa and satellite TV, bedroom with single bed and bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: with access through an internal wooden staircase, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Breakage Deposit Euro 150 per apartment (to be paid upon arrival in cash). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.

Heating Euro 7 per m3 per apartment (if used).
Air conditionig Euro 10 per day per apartment (if used).
Pets (small size only) are welcome on payment of Euro 7 each per day.
SPA on request (with sauna and hidromassage bath) Euro 25 per person per day, 2 entrances minimum.

HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.

Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.

Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
