Beautiful holiday villa which the owners have decided to make available to those who wish to spend their holidays there, is immersed in an unspoiled natural environment, in the heart of Umbria which has become one of the most sought after areas of Italy by tourists. Rich in tradition, culture and natural beauty, Umbria offers the tourist the opportunity to discover unspoiled places where they can spend unforgettable holidays, far from the din of the city but at the same time in the heart of an area abounding in historical towns, villages and castles which jealously guard the indelible traces of their glorious past. In front of the house, bathed in sunlight all day long, there is a beautiful swimming-pool (6x12m - depth 1.40m) equipped with sun-beds, deck-chairs and sun umbrellas. The house is surrounded by a large fenced garden with a 1km long path particularly suitable for running or walking and with benches where one can rest along the way. The house has been rationally and comfortably furnished. There is a stereo and CD player which can be heard in all the rooms. Shaded parking.
