Dear Baldi family, it was our first time in Scacciapensieri and we had a great week. Especially our kids Julia and Arthur, they loved the pool and allthough the weather wasn't great every day, they always took a swim. Also we loved your Tuscan style home. Dear Alice, Rossella, Michela, Elisa! We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Campoleone, the house was one of the best we ever had. We were very satisfied with the relation with the owners. At the arrival we got a big basket with special products (Oil, cheese, salami, “Banfi” vine etc.) and at departure a handmade ceramic - plate signed with “Villa Campoleone”. They were very kind, always available and very comfortable for us – we could speak English with them. After five days the bed linen and all the towels were exchanged – This was the first house with even bath towels for the pool. We are also fully satisfied with your service, I think it was Alice with helping us to find the way to the house and sent us the owner to take us there – Many Thanks Alice!! And many greetings and best wishes also to family Panichi!!!

Dear Eurocasa-Team, we all must underline that our holidays at La Rogaia have been perfect, we all considered to stay for some weeks longer. One of the greatest adventures has been cooking Pizza with a real Pizzaofen, it was perfect. The hospitality of the owners, Paolo as well as his mother, was really great and warm. We spent really nice holidays there. Thanks to you and especially to Paolo and his mother!

Nous avons été très contents de notre séjour dans Podere Marcigliano. Les appartements étaient conformes à la description et aux photos sur internet, les propriétaires charmants et aux petits soins des vacanciers et le rapport qualité/prix plus que correct. Je donnerai la note de 10/10. La seule petite critique : les propriétaires ne parlent vraiment que l'italien, mais nous avons réussi à nous comprendre quand même.

We had a wonderful holiday at the Agriturismo San Francesco. It was a beautiful area and the apartment was great and we loved the views. It was a good location for visiting all the nice villages in the area. We had a very warm welcome from the family. It was nice that we could get vegetables and herbs from their own garden. It was nice and quiet and we really enjoyed the veranda and swimming pool. We were very satisfied with the apartment. It was nice and clean and offered all we needed, especially the nice veranda. The owners were very kind and we had a pleasant and warm welcome. We don´t speak Italian so sometimes it was a bit difficult communicating but the daughter could help us very good with that. If we would want to stay in the area we would definitily return to this agriturismo and we will also recommend it to our friends. Finally we are satisfied with Eurocasa service, the contact with you was nice and clear and helpful.

Dear all, We enjoyed a lot our journey in Italy, although the weather was not quite as it should have been, but this is none of your responsibility. The houses' descriptions are all right, both houses Tribolina & La Torre were top class, clean and cosy, well furnished and in perfect state. Bed accomodations were also all right. The only small problem was with electricity : we had brought a small coffee machine, and it the size of the plug was not the same. However a solution was found with the tenants. Both owners were very friendly and helpful, we encountered absolutely no problem. On the contrary, they were keen on giving advice and helping for anything we asked them. We would certainly go back to these houses. I am used to renting holiday accomodatins in France, and I must say you organization is as good and well oranized as what I know in other countries (France, Austria, Germany). Your friendliness and professionalism are to be praised : thank you. The only thing that should be improved is to give the telephone number of the owners before departure. So I would give a 9.5 mark to your services ! Have a good day ! Christian

We've enjoyed a week's holiday for two years in Podere Caggiolo. The beautiful big yard provides shade for picnics, reading, and relaxing and part of the yard is big enough for doing sports. The solitude and quiet and beauty of the surroundings were perfect for relaxation, but there were plenty of sites to explore nearby.

Liebe Michela, unser Urlaub im Haus Il Condottiero war ein Traum! Angefangen von der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Luca, da wir erst abends um 20.00 Uhr ankamen, bis hin zum wunderschönen Haus mit traumhaften Grundstück! Wir vergeben natürlich 10 Punkte, da dies ein außergewönlich schöner Urlaub war. Luca war telefonisch immer erreichbar, wenn wir ein Problem hatten. Einfach toll. Wir möchten uns auch bei Ihnen recht herzlich für die tolle Kommunikation bedanken. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus gerne weiter! Dieses Haus lebt förmlich - mit der liebevollen Einrichtung - so etwas muss man erst einmal finden. Der Pool war immer sauber - es wird alles mt Liebe gepflegt. La description du site Internet correspond tout à fait à la maison, le service de eurocasa a eté parfait. La maison VILLA CECILIA est vraiment super - Le paradis !Les propriétaires sont vraiment extraordinaires et nous reverrons sans aucun doute!

Je trouve que la maison LA COLLINA DEI FIORI n'est pas assez mise en valeur sur le site, elle est en réalité plus belle et vaste que ne le montrent les photos. Un excellent accueil des propriétaires, un calme absolu pour cette maison réellement au coeur des vignes et des oliviers, des arbustes de sauge, de romarin, de laurier a foison et une rencontre très amicale et sympathique avec la personne chargée de l'entretien. Par ailleurs, l'huile d'Olive du domaine est une pure merveille, et le vin est lui aussi de belle facture. La proximité du centre ville et des commerces est également très appréciable.

Das Haus hat eine Seele. Wer die Ruhe und Eisamkeit sucht, wird sich dort sehr wohlfühlen. Vielleicht fahren wir wieder einmal dorthin. Liebe Grüße, Familie W.

Pozzonovo es un lugar tranquilo para disfrutar de unas plácidas vacaciones, idóneo para familias con niños. Exteriores limpios y bien cuidados en los que poder disfrutar de un amplio jardín , piscina, barbacoa, ping pong, petanca, badmington, mesas y sillas. La relación con los propietarios excelente. Y a escasos kilómetros de lugares de gran interés turístico.

La location Il Barcaiolo(Fattoria le Chianacce) est très bien située pour visiter la Toscane et l'Ombrie! C'est très calme et la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Endroit idéal pour se reposer et profiter de la très belle piscine!

Monte del Lago is an incredible house, close to everything and yet far from everyone!!! Rabbits and pheasants in the front lawn, fireflies at night, a stupendous view of Lago Trasimeno and dramatic sunsets. The house has all the comforts one would want including screens on the windows!!!!! Two terrazze, a good kitchen with a large fridge and plenty of plates etc. altogether an incredible place in which to spend some time!!!

We had such a wonderful time at Pagliazzone and we were made to feel part of a lovely, large Italian family from day one, the owners visited every day, were extremely friendly and gave us some good tips for great food in the area. The gardens are huge and full of lovely home grown fruit and vegetables. The owners Ledda and Paula were so friendly and although we could not speak Italian we were able to communicate very well. The villas were clean and comfortable and the pool was perfect. This place is ideal for two couples as there are two separate villas. Bucine is well situated for day trips to Florence, Cortona, Siena and many other places, particularly if you have a car. I would definitely stay here again! ... We were very satisfied with the service from Eurocasa and would certainly book through you again.

The house IL POGGIOLO is described very well. We are satisfied with the house mainly because of the position nearby the village with lots of restaurants! The pool and tennis court are also important to us, and they are very nice. The onyl thing that could be improved are the bathrooms; they are rather sober! The deckchairs by the pool could be changed, they are rather old. The owner is always very kind, although he doesn't speak very much english and we don't speak very much italian! But that is not a real problem; we visited the house 3 times now and know how everything works! We are very satisfied with your service. We already booked a lot of houses with you and never were any problems. Last summer we booked on the day of our departure and still everything was arranged to perfection!

We were very pleased with the villa la Crosticcia we stayed in, everything was very nice and like a home rather than a holiday let. We thought the descriptions did not do the villa justice as the villa was far better than we expected. The owners were lovely and not do enough for us, they made us fell welcome and helped us with the Carabinieri after we were robbed on Money. I would not hesitate to use this property again.

Michela, we had a wonderful time in the house, it was the highlight of our 5 weeks in Europe! The descriptions/catalogue matched the house perfectly, what we saw on the website was what we got. The house was perfect, nothing to improve! The people at the house were great, very friendly and helpful even though the language barrier made things a little difficult. This was probably due to us not knowing a word of Italian! I will be recommending Badia Roccavo to anyone who is thinking of travelling and staying in Tuscany!!! Dear Michela, excuse me please to take me so long time to answer you. I didn't forget you, but sometimes it’s really too much, and then you concentrate to things being really important. Our vacations in Tuscany? It’s quite simple: It was a dream. The owner was very, very gentle, he helped us with all things we need and the top was, that he offered us freely to take vegetables from his garden. The appartment was REALLY the right choice for disabled people: toilet, shower, kitchen – no problem. The best for my sons (both!!!) was the wonderful swimming pool: They used it daily! The description of the property Agriturismo San Francesco corresponds perfectly to the one on web site and we have been really satisfied with the houses. The relation with the owner family was great, we will never forget their welcome after 13 hours (I didn’t change the numbers!) driving by car (150 kilometers stop and go along the Brenner-route!) We would like to come back, not next year, but probably in 2011. And also your service really gave me a special good feeling. The only thing may be to become better was the description of the route how to get there – in darkness after such a day it was a bit difficult to find. (But after a few minutes after arriving it was forgotten!) So, dear Michela – THANK YOU FOR ALL! And hope to hear you again one day! Have a good time. Silke.

Hello Michela, we had booked the house called La Scatolaia in stia , and we want to tell you, that it was such a wonderful stay at that house, everything was perfect and the owner was a very nice person. it's a real paradise there and we missed nothing.... there was not one problem, the house is in a very good shape and the pool is the highlight! for sure we will come again as soon as possible! if its possible, send our regards to the owner Isaldo! and greetings to you, too!

Yes we are very satisfied with the house Fonte all'Oppio, but the rooms were very hot... With an air conditioning should it be perfect ! It is a little problem: I know the italian summer is hot (and I like it !!) Signore Zori is very kind, every day available. He doesn't speak english, ma non c'e un problema: we were speaking with the hands ! For sure we would like to spend another holiday at this house! But we have to find other persons to go back. It's only for a big group (13-14 p.). Then it depends on the availability of my friends or family... Not easy :-( Perfect, good communication, no stress... Thank you ! The house Fattoria di Gratena was simple but clean, and with the most amazing views. The welcome we had was wonderful, we could not have wished for better. Yes, I think we probably will spend another holiday at this house. It would be useful if you could recommend car hire companies etc We had an absolutely wonderful holiday, thank you.

I had intented to send you a e-mail to express our appreciation concerning La Veduta. We would really like to thank the owner for the welcome gift (wine and cake), which was really very much appreciated and also for the fact that all the things we requested were present (particularly the wine glasses!!). to answer your questions: The only thing that could be improved were the insect screens! there were mosquitos and because it was very hot (under the roof on the first floor) it was necessary to open the windows in the evening and at night to get some fresh air but this was not possible without insect screens. we are very satisfied. no suggestions for other service. kind regards

We thought the house and surroundings looked even better for real than on your internetsite..we were surprised with so much space ! 2.The house Casale Aiola was magnificent, our two teenage daughters had their own appartment! So no waiting for the bathroom... 3.Unfortunately the owner didn't speak english, and we don't speak italian, but we managed and she took good care of us. When there were problems, she solved them rightaway. 4.Sure, we would, but not with teenage kids...they enjoyed their stay, but would have liked to go out, and the nearest village was a bit to far to walk ): We didn't mind, we loved it ! 5.We very much appreciated your service; the fact that we called you about the italian guests visiting the pool during our stay..you called Mrs.Cerotti and after your call she talked to us (with someone who spoke better english...) and gave us some Prosecco and sandwiches. We also appreciated your service before our stay; it was excellent ! By the way; if you have any suggestions for next year..we would like to return to Italy again, but in a more lively neighbourhood ..maybe at sea... It may be 12 or 8 people, we are not sure about that... All the best and kind regards

Devo dire che tutte le nostre aspettative sono state soddisfatte, sia da parte Vostra sia da parte del proprietario della casa Le Celle. Il posto lo conoscevamo perchè otto anni fa siamo stati i primi a soggiornare ospiti del sig. Giornelli persona squisita e molto precisa. Nella nostra settimana il tempo è stato molto clemente e devo dire che è stata una settimana veramente piacevole. A questo punto vi ringrazio per il vostro servizio e la vostra cortesia e magari ci risentiremo per la prossima vacanza.

La description du catalogue et du site sont bien et correspondent à la villa. La maison Villa Bellosguardo était parfaite. L'ecleairage extérieiur pourrait etre amélioré. L'accueill et la gentilesse des propriétaires a été exceptionelle et leur disponibilité excellente. Ce serait avec un grand plaisir que nous reviendrons l'avenir.... Les rapport avec l'agence ont été rapides et agréables. En conclusion ce fut un excellent séjour dans une région magnifique.

La descripion de la maison La Quiete correponait bien à la réalité. Nous ètions trés satisfait de la maison. Chose qui pourrait ete améliorée: des fateuils de jardin en bois plutot qu'en plastique..... Nous aimerons passer encore nos vacances à la maison LA QUIETE, meme si nous preferons varier nos vacances. Tout s'est trés bien passé avec votre agence.
