Podere Bellosguardo is a hillside farmhouse located in the Alta Val di Cecina. The beautiful farmhouse has been renovated with care and love by the owners, respecting the Tuscan tradition, and consists of two spacious and comfortable independent apartments. Here you will immediately feel at ease in a genuinely familiar environment. In fact, just a few steps away live the owners who will be a useful point of reference in case of need.
Its beautiful view of endless, ever-changing natural landscapes, over stretches of cultivated fields of a thousand colours, will be the perfect place to spend your holiday in peace and relaxation. Its strategic position, on the other hand, will allow you to reach all the most famous art cities of Tuscany with a quick trip: Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Siena, Florence and the nearby beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Volterra, only 10 km away, is one of the pearls of the region. Known for its production of fine alabaster, it has a historical centre of Etruscan origin and medieval buildings such as the cathedral, the Medici Fortress and the Palazzo dei Priori. Its cobbled streets, its many alleys, palaces and churches will remain in your heart. There you can spend days in the midst of art and history and evenings dining out in the countless typical restaurants and trattorias.
If you love nature, you can plan interesting excursions on foot or by mountain bike along 'ecological' roads, with appropriate signposting, that will lead you to discover the infinite natural and artistic beauty of the area.
In the large green space around the house, equipped with barbecue and outdoor furniture, there is a beautiful, completely fenced swimming pool measuring m. 10x5, depth m. 1.10-1.50. A safe place for refreshment on hot summer days, and guaranteed fun for your children.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 150 per apartment (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 60 per apartment.
Heating Euro 12 per day per apartment (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 2 per person per day applied for the first 3 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
