Description
Podere della Crocchia, a beautiful old stone villa in a very panoramic position, is immersed in a rural environment that embodies all the characteristics of typical Tuscan landscapes. Looking out over the valley you will see endless expanses of cereal, corn and sunflower fields, which blend in harmony with the high hills. The ancient villages, manor houses and farmhouses surrounded by vineyards and olive groves will immerse you in a dreamlike atmosphere. The owners themselves, Luca and Patrizia, in addition to excellent organic extra virgin olive oil, wine and other fine goods, also produce a natural food supplement based on olive leaf extract.
The villa is a combination of old, modern and hospitality: stylish furnishings and all the necessary comforts and facilities. In the cool pergola, in front of the kitchen, equipped with wooden furniture and barbecue, you can relax and dine al fresco. If you are looking for a villa with hotel services, Podere della Crocchia is the right place for you. Our guests are enthusiastic about the extras offered by the very friendly owners (starter pack of detergents, tea, coffee, sugar), fresh vegetables, homemade cakes, welcome drink... and consider them one of the bonuses of the villa.
In the wide garden you can spend your leisure days thanks to the beautiful private swimming pool (size mt. 6x12, depth mt. 1.20-1.80 - open from 01st April to 30th September), with comfortable wooden sunbeds, table tennis and games for children. In the surrounding area there are many paths suitable for cycling or trekking, with children as well, in the wonderful Tuscan landscape.
Possibility of dog sitter (on request and on payment).

Arrival: in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - Departure: in the morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Possibility of LATE CHECK-IN until Midnight without extra charges.INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the appropriate centers that are located a few kilometers away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 90.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.

Private, rustic, well located, excellent pool, great value and nice hosts. I would definitely stay again.

The house is very comfortable. Everything you need daily, for example for cooking, is available. The view is great. The owners are very nice. A lot of things to visit in the area
Amazing!
The house was cosy and comfortable. The garden is big and great and the view spectacular. The pool, the beds, all is really good. The owners were very sweet and brought garden grown tomatoes and fresh pie. We had an amazing time. We would recommend this house to everybody!
House clean and confortable
We are here for the first time to vacation (2 adults, 2 children) and are thrilled. The landlords are very hospitable and nice and have welcomed us friendly. Who loves the peace and very good air is just right here. The view here is phenomenal and worth a few photos. The house is clean and comfortable. The mattresses in the double beds are a bit hard. Everything you need daily , for example for cooking, is available. In Arezzo there is a huge supermarket and in Monte San Savino a little smaller one. The pool is big enough and is cleaned daily. On request you can (with a 2-day pre-order) book lunch and dinner through the owners. We did not use that, but got a oven-warm homemade cake, which tasted very delicious. We would stay here again anytime.
Great Holiday
The house is comfortable. The view is great, the place very quiet and there is a small shop in 5 minutes driving. The landlords are very nice and there are a lot of things to visit in the area.

We loved our stay at Podere della Crocchia!!! Everything was perfect in the house, bedrooms, kitchen... everything clean and in order. The view from the garden is great! The swimming pool absolutely fantastic. We will be back some day!

Nette und sehr gepflegte Anlage in abgeschiedener ruhiger Lage. Schöne Aussicht in die Ebene. Sehr empfehlenswert! Würde ich wieder buchen!

Das "Anwesen" ist einfach nur klasse! Schön abgelegen und eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Region. Besonders in der Abenddämmerung ein unglaublicher Ausblick! Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, hat einen schönen Pool und hat reichlich Entspannungsmöglichkeiten! Im Haus ist alles was man braucht vorhanden! Es hat 2 Doppelbettzimmer sowie ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. 2 Sofas sind vorhanden für weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten! Im Haus befindet sich ein offener Kamin für gemütliche Abende. TV vorhanden mit internationalen Sendern. Natur pur! Es kommen gelegentlich Pferde sowie die Hunde der Besitzer vorbei um sich Streicheleinheiten abzuholen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!
