Description
La Quiete is a very old farmhouse that preserves intact the characteristics of the rural architecture. The villa is lovingly preserved by its owners, and if you are lucky enough to stay here, its wooden ceilings, ancient brick arches, Tuscan terracotta floors and elegant furnishings will welcome you into a very special charm, made of old, simple and essential things. At La Quiete you will feel at home, in a warm and cosy atmosphere.
The villa is located at the foot of the first wooded hills, which mark the border between Valdichiana and Valdarno, from here you can make even daily excursions, towards the two valleys, dotted with small villages nestled in the Tuscan countryside. In Monte San Savino, which is just a few kilometres away, it will be pleasant to spend evenings out, dining in typical restaurants or enjoying an aperitif sitting at tables in the colourful cobbled streets.
From the windows of the villa you can admire the imposing Castello di Civitella with its characteristic 'Torre Spaccata'. We absolutely recommend a visit to this small village, a real jewel of the Valdichiana, with its ancient cistern, panoramic square and medieval buildings.
La Quiete, in our opinion, is perfectly suited for your holidays with children, or in the company of large groups of friends. Around the house you will find a large green area equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue, table tennis, table football, children's games, volleyball court and five-a-side football pitch. A splendid swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.10-2.00 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) will brighten your summer days, and the large furnished portico outside will be the setting for your breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the open air.

HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.

5/5, everything was perfect. house is clean, all equipment was working, pool was ready (cleaning was done every day). Ideal location/house for large groups.

Perfect holiday!
We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of room we had at this villa. It was as described on the website and it met all our expectations. When we arrived the villa was very clean and ready for us. We were amazed as we left how efficient their housekeeping team was. We loved the location for the peace it provided us and for the quaintness of the area. If you are looking for something that affords side trips to major destinations, it is good, but if you prefer the large sites of Tuscany you many want to look a little more north. The kitchen is so well situated to the outdoor patio and has good space for cooking. The knives could have been sharper :-) What a fabulous pool! We spent many hours in the pool. It was absolutely perfect, as were all the grounds an amenities around it. With 8 bedrooms we were well accomodated. The ground rooms are wonderful and kept fairly cool in the heat of the summer. The upstairs rooms did get warm, with no air conditioning. We would recommend ceiling fans for these rooms. All the rooms have screens but they are only thumbtacked in and not pulled taught so we ended up with many bugs in the villa. Four bathrooms seemed to meet our needs. All had showers which allowed us to move people in and out efficiently. The villa is in a tranquil setting near the wonderful town of Civitella. We loved our runs and bike rides along the quiet roads. Access to the A1 is convenient but not close enough to know. Neighbors were never seen, but you could hear their parties on weekend nights. Not bad, though. The property owner was magnificent. She welcomed us when we arrived with food! She showed us all we needed to know about the property and she was there early mornings to water the yard and help if we needed her. You must visit the town of Civitella and have gelato there. It is the best in all of tuscany! ABSOLUTELY would recommend this villa. Just not the weeks we want it :-)

La Quiete ist ein herrliches Anwesen. Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen, 1 Kleinkind und 3 Hunden zu Gast, und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der riesige Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, der schöne Pool wurde jeden Morgen von Milena gereinigt, die Zimmer sind groß, die Küche gut ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben von hier aus viele schöne Ausflüge unternommen. Florenz, San Gimignano, Pisa, Montepulciano, alles mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir können La Quiete sehr empfehlen!
