Description
If you want to experience a holiday in close contact with nature, Borgo Antico is the farmhouse for you. You will find the ancient dwelling on the high hills that separate the Valdichiana from the Upper Tiber Valley, located on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. It will undoubtedly be your ideal place if you are looking for a relaxing stay, retracing the ancient rural tradition, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The town of Cortona is about 18 km away, and within 5 or 10 km you can reach restaurants and small shops for basic necessities. Cortona is definitely not to be missed, with its paved alleys, ancient palazzi, countless churches and fantastic viewpoints overlooking the entire valley, it will enchant you with its special atmosphere that you will not easily forget.
From here you can also venture out on day trips to both Tuscany and neighbouring Umbria. A short distance away are the beaches of Lake Trasimeno, where you will find small typical villages, equipped areas on the shores of the lake and typical restaurants. The cities of Arezzo, Florence and Perugia are easily reached by car, as are the villages of the Valdichiana with their characteristic historic centres.
You will have a large green area at your disposal, equipped with a gazebo and garden furniture, perfect for your group dinners in the open air. At the edge of the garden is the swimming pool (size 6 x 12 m -depth 1.20-2.40 m, fully fenced - open from 01st May to 30th September), an ideal place not only to cool off on hot summer days, but from where you can also enjoy endless views and sunsets.
In addition to the gazebo and private pool, you will also have at your disposal a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, and the opportunity to taste and purchase excellent olive oil, wine, and other strictly local products. For moments of fun in company, there is a table tennis and a bowling green. On request, the owner will provide you with groceries for the day of your arrival.

FIRST FLOOR: Accessible only from an outside stone staircase, there is a sitting room with stone fire place, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower.

HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.

Bellissima pasqua
Abbiamo soggiornato a Borgo Antico per Pasqua. La location, un po' complicata da trovare ma immersa nel meglio che questo territorio offre, è esattamente come descritta: una vecchia casa colonica ristrutturata con maestria e capace di rendere comodo il soggiorno ad un gruppo numeroso con diversi bambini piccoli al seguito. L'area non è enorme ma con ogni confort, una vista bellissima e garantisce la tranquillità di non avere NESSUNO intorno. I gestori sono stati sempre molto disponibili, discreti e puntuali facendoci sentire benvenuti (e la crostata bigusto di benvenuto ha fatto nettamente la sua parte in questo). Se cercate un posto rilassante per tante persone avete trovato quello che fa per voi.
