Description
Casale Aiaccia is situated in the green hills around the city of Arezzo, which boasts ancient origins and traditions. The city is known for its renowned goldsmith's art, for the historical commemoration of the Giostra del Saracino, which twice a year takes the city back to the time of the battles against the Saracen armies, and for the Antique Fair that colours the medieval streets of the historic centre every first Sunday of the month.
Its strategic position at the confluence of the four valleys of Valdichiana, Valdarno, Valtiberina and Casentino will make it easy for you to take trips, even day trips, to the most beautiful places in central Italy. The villa is situated on the panoramic hill of Pomaio where you will find the Romanesque church of San Lorenzo as well as the remains of an ancient abbey founded around 1645 where today there is a restaurant where you can enjoy typical Tuscan dishes.
Around Casale Aiaccia you will find olive groves and lush woods with paths from which you can take long, refreshing walks. The large and completely fenced garden is equipped with gazebo and outdoor furniture to relax, for your outdoor dinners and to enjoy the tranquility of the place and the wonderful view of the city of Arezzo, which on summer nights, with all its lights, will come straight to your heart.
On a very panoramic natural terrace you will find the beautiful swimming pool completely fenced (size 5x10 m, depth 1.40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September).
The comfortable and stylish furnishings give the house a cosy atmosphere. You will immediately feel at ease at Casale Aiaccia, the warm colours of the bedrooms, the special paintings in the living room and the pieces of furniture chosen by the owners will give you the feeling of being at home. The villa is set on a natural terrace and has access to both the ground and first floor and an internal staircase connecting the two floors.
Interior description
FIRST FLOOR: going up three steps and through a small loggia wide dining-living room with sofas and fireplace, small connecting sitting room, bathroom with shower and double bedroom. From the sitting room we enter the kitchen with fireplace and from here a double bedroom with large panoramic balcony. An internal spiral staircase in the kitchen leads to the ground floor living-room.
GROUND FLOOR: living-room with fireplace and double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 3 per person per day applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Beautiful house
Beautifully situated country house with a lovely garden with grass around the house. Nice terrace in the shade at the back and nice terrace with a view at the front. Nice fresh pool in which you can also swim laps. Nice spacious rooms and lots of space in the house. The kitchen equipment is a bit simple. The road to the house up the mountain is long and somewhat difficult to drive. But the more you drive the road the easier it gets! Owner was available whenever there was anything. A nice place to relax and enjoy the surroundings
We had a great time
We had a wonderful stay at Luca‘s house! The view is absolutely stunning! We loved to chill at the pool and to watch the chingiale next to the property in the evenings! The communication with Luca was perfect! We would definitely recommend this beautiful house with pool! At least, it is good to know that you have to drive a 4-Minute gravel path to get to the house, but you get used to it.

Lovely house
We had a fantastic 2 weeks at Casale Aiaccia. The house was lovely with plenty of space for 4 adults. The views across Arezzo were absolutely stunning with beautiful sunsets every evening. The pool was clean and refreshing, again with stunning views ... so wonderful to cool off in the heat!! The owners were very friendly and helpful, regularly checking in with us to make sure everything was going well. A local supermarket was a few minutes drive down the hill. Arezzo itself is a beautiful city with many lovely shops and places to eat and drink as well as having a lot of cultural interest. Overall Casale Aiaccia is a fantastic place to stay... thank you!
Alles gut
Die Ausstattung war super okay, war alles da, was man benötigt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich! Alles war sauber und erholsam. Die Zufahrt ist etwas holprig, aber auf alle Fälle wert, dort hinzukommen!
