Description
Antico Mulino is part of a stone Tuscan farmhouse of very ancient origins. For generations the Lepri family has handed down the mill from father to son, and since the early 1900's it has been a very important reference point for the local farming community. On the ground floor of the villa you can still fill your eyes admiring the ancient stone millstones which produced the flour used to prepare the famous Tuscan bread. A true piece of Tuscan history!
The two double bedrooms and three bathrooms make this villa particularly suitable for families with children and couples of friends. Your small size four-legged friends are also welcome.
The villa is located on the edge of a green valley, in a position easily accessible but at the same time quiet and peaceful. Arezzo, with its fancy shops and every kind of service, is only 12 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
The villa has a private swimming pool (size 10x4 m., depth 1,40 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September), fenced and totally safe for children.
It will be very pleasant to spend the cool summer evenings in the equipped gazebo in the garden, next to the kitchen on the ground floor. Family dinners, in front of a glass of good local red wine, barbecues and aperitifs in full relaxation.
One of the bonuses of the farmhouse is the vegetable garden, personally cared for by the owners Ilario and Valeria, where you will not fail to pick your favourite vegetables every day, genuine and fresh.
Interior description
GROUND FLOOR: bathroom with shower and wide kitchen with access to a paved external area, next to the swimming pool, equipped with gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals.
FIRST FLOOR: with access only from an external staircase with typical, small loggia, living-dining room with TV, kitchenette with wood burning oven and access to a small terrace with table and chairs ideal for outdoor breakfasts. From the living room access to a sitting room with sofas, wide dining room, bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The rooms are connected by a few steps.

Small size pets are welcome on payment of Euro 6 each per day.

HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.

Great location
Great location, gorgeous very large house! The house was a bit bigger than we expected - 2 kitchens, 1 living room, 2 dining rooms, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms! All very well thought out - comfortable, clean. Very welcoming hosts. Sun umbrellas were a little lacking at +32 temp :)

We had a fantastic time
We had a fantastic time in beautiful surroundings. Surrounded by greenery and fruit trees and a vegetable garden where we were allowed to consume as much as we wanted. The pool was fantastic. The house was beautiful and everything was there. The nature and blissful peace that we found in the Antico Mulino was magnificent. We recommend it to everyone. It was beautiful! On our departure we received a bottle of homemade Limoncello that the owners had made from their own fruit trees. The Limoncello is very tasty and takes us back to the wonderful time we had in the Antico Mulino. We would like to thank the owners again for their good care and for a very pleasant stay. We went home feeling reborn and we often think back to our wonderful time in Antico Mulino. **************** We hadden een fantastische tijd in een prachtige omgeving. Omringd door groen en fruitbomen en een groenten tuin waar we zoveel van mochten consumeren dan we wilden. Het zwembad was fantastisch. Het huis was prachtig en alles was aanwezig. De natuur en de zalige rust die we vonden in de Antico Mulino was magnifiek. Wij raden het iedereen aan. Het was prachtig! Bij ons vertrek kregen we nog een fles zelfgemaakte Limoncello die de eigenaars van hun eigen fruitbomen hadden gemaakt. De Limoncello is zeer lekker en doet ons eventjes terug gaan naar de heerlijke tijd die we hadden in de Antico Mulino. We willen de eigenaars nog eens extra bedanken voor de goede zorgen en voor het zeer aangename verblijf. We zijn als herboren naar huis gegaan en we denken nog vaak terug aan onze heerlijke tijd in Antico Mulino.
We really enjoyed
Really enjoyed our stay at Antico Mulino. It was worth every Euro. The pool is grand and all amenities are present. Nearest village is Palazzo del Pero (5 min away) where you can purchase basic amenities and eat excellent pizza. The quality of the villa is simply great, very very clean, exceeded our expectations. The positions is Slightly remote. 5 minutes away from Palazzo del Pero, 20 / 30 minutes from Arezzo. But that is what we wanted! In the kitchen there are all facilities required. Oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, hot plates. The swimming pool is excellent. Huge. Separated from the 'lounge area' with steps. Good if you have a toddler. Portable BBQ, which could be upgraded. Bedroom was slightly too warm during two nights, however, the owners gladly provided fans. The new bathroom next to the kitchen is WOW!! The other one next to the bedroom is slightly small. In Palazzo del Pero, a five minute drive from the house, you can find two grocery stores, a pharmacy, post office, a meat shop, a fuel station, two pizzerias, a trattoria, and a bar. The owners visited every two days or so to water their adjacent land where they had a number of agriculture produce growing. They are very friendly and not intrusive (they never actually entered our private areas when we were there). As advice, go to the pizzera in Palazzo Del Pero called Osteria Del Palazzo. Try out the 1m pizza! Also, buy fresh meat from the local shop at Palazzo Del Pero and use herbs from the garden (rosemary, sage etc.) to marinate before BBQing.
Gut
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, man findet alles, was man benötigt und auch darüber hinaus. Tolle Terrassenanlage und sehr schöner Pool. Sehr ruhige Lage, optimal zum Entspannen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen.

Luogo ideale per passare giornate tranquille e pace assoluta nel bel mezzo delle colline aretine. La casa è ben strutturata ed accogliente con ogni confort. A disposizione un fornitissimo orto. Padroni di casa cordiali e disponibili. Bellissima esperienza. La consiglio vivamente.
